Fraudulent billing of cancelled account
We had a membership that covered my wife and I and 2 spots for our children in the day care. It was not set to auto renew and was specially set not to. 3 of the people were cancelled but my daughter's account remained open and continued to bill. They were not authorized to do so. My card expired and they continued to attempt to bill. Then they sent the remainder to collections and refused to assist me any further.

I was promised a 120.00 personal training refund for being sold an agreement that was completely made-up with gym privileges that don't exist and told I can cancel at anytime which was also incorrect. Due to the misinformation I was promised a refund of half of the (2) 120.00 charges that occurred after I requested the cancellation.
The refund was approved by corporate back in May 2022, it is now July 2022 and I still do NOT have my refund. Corporate has ignored 3 voicemails at this point and the local branch just tells me to call corporate.
The service and knowledge by all employees across the board of company practice, policy and execution is TERRIBLE. No one seems to know how anything gets resolved and the best part is I have wasted HOURS of my time. I would not have a job if I provided slow and misinformed service at this level.
Desired outcome: The refund I was promised would be nice. I would like an apology that it has taken over 2 months from start to finish and for the fact that my multiple requests have been promised to be resolved and I am now being ignored.

Fraud? Charges for q when account on hold
Ok, I get it. COVID 19 has caused them financial hardship. However, I have done everything required on my part. I went to the gym and froze my account. YET, I am being charged for Q at $89 a month! I have called ABC Financial Services, their billing company, and they tell me that this is a "club charge." That I need to reach Corp office for credit but they could see it is frozen. I called and wrote an email. No response. I went to the gym and the attendant said that she can see my hold paperwork on file but I need to call Corp office. I said I have been but NO ONE is calling back. She said the same thing is happening to her parents and they are going to reach out to the Atty General's office of MN for fraud. She works there and can't get help from Corp office. She took my number and said the GM would call me back. He did not.
I was charged July 1. It's almost Aug 1. No credit and no call back. Will I get charged again?
ABC Financial said they would try to reach out to them on my behalf. Good luck but I hope it works.
My next all is to freeze THEM from my Amex but I need to make sure if and when I do get a credit, that will go through. I'm not sure as of this writing. 30 days to call someone is enough time.
I am trying to figure out how to cancel now. I would have tried to stay a part of their gym to support them, but NOT NOW.
Shame on you Xperience Fitness. Fraud fraud fraud!

This company charged my card 3 times in one month for twice as much as they usually do and what the contract agreement states. I called twice and they laughed at me. I filed with the bbb and filed with my bank accusing them of money fraud. What is even more fraud is the contract I signed says they are open 24 hours/365 days a year. Total fraud!!!

Vulgar, racially offensive music is being played at this west allis location. One of the staff members was seen taking pictures in the locker room. Staff member named Brandon refused to give me a corporate phone number. Multiple times soap and toilet paper are missing in the bathroom . The man who claimed to be the regional manager is aware of this and refused to take action.

I became a member years ago when I signed up for a very good deal. 3 1/2 years ago I went into the gym in Brookfield WI and cancelled my membership as I was moving. I have since then been repeadtly still charged for my membership, I have called, emailed, gone into the gym WHENEVER I am in WI and STILL I am being charged. This is insane! I don't know what to do as once again they withdrew money and this time it caused my account to be overdrawn and I got substantial fines as this is a bank account I only kept a minimum amount of money in.
