Great hard working crew, did a wonderful job on my siding replacement project. Even with the surprise spring snowfall.

The entire team was professional, honest and genuine. Brian got on the roof and took pictures to show me the wear and tear as well the area of concern on a leak. Brian was quick to get us a bid and was very responsive to our emails and phone calls. We love the look of our new roof and I highly recommend this team.

Coldstream Exteriors was very responsive and clear in sharing the estimate and plan for the replacement of our roof. It was scheduled within a week. The workers did show up on time and worked a long 13 1/2 hour day completing the roof as expected and cleaning everything in one day. Coldstream Exteriors returned to inspect again and ask about any concerns.

I had about 9 companies come and no one could figure out why I was getting moisture into my house; to the point that paint was peeling off my ceiling. Brandon, came out quickly, from Coldstream thought I had poor ventilation in my attic. Put in a ridge vent on roof which also was done quickly and only took an hour to install. If this truly solves my problem will be another review!

It was a pleasure working with Coldstream. Everyone was very professional and everyone called when they said they would and showed up on time as promised. Our new roof has gotten many compliments. Not only did they complete the job in a timely manner but cleaned up up afterwards to the extent that we could not even tell they had been here. I would refer to all family and friends! We had 2 projects completed with Coldstream Exteriors. Siding plus roof replacement. Both times their team did a great job. They worked efficiently and made sure that they picked up any leftover materials. The final product turned out as expected and looks great. Ben called when the project started to make sure everything was going as expected. He checked in at the end to make sure we were satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend them.

Coldstream Exteriors did a wonderful job installing new siding on my house this May. Their Project Manager Brendan was very informative, patient and wrote a very detailed estimate. I was impressed with the work ethic of his team that did the install and how respectful they treated my property. And the team did fantastic with the clean up. They got the job done in just two days. It was a great value for the money and I love the color it turned out great!

After being abandoned by the first company I called, I was thrilled with the response of the Coldstream Exteriors personnel. They took charge and helped me through every stage of the process. The Coldstream Exteriors crew was scheduled to begin on a day with some of the hottest temperatures we have in the area. They came early and surprisingly worked late even in the heat. Every person I met was professional and courteous. I now have a new roof that looks great and will withstand the local area weather for years to come.

Coldstream Exteriors and their team installed gutters on our home. It was a pleasant experience from the beginning to completion. The project manager, John, was the point person and was in regular contact throughout. The crew worked diligently and efficiently, impressing not only us but also our neighbor who asked for their contact information. The gutters look fantastic and were installed on June 16th. We wanted to wait for a few rainstorms to fully evaluate their performance, and we are pleased with the price, service, and results provided by Coldstream Exteriors. We will definitely recommend this crew to others. We opted for the 6-inch gutters to replace the previous 4-inch ones, and we have had no issues with splash over since then. The only minor complaint is that we found a few screws in the driveway.

I have had multiple positive experiences with Coldstream Exteriors! In 2019, I had a roof leak doing damage to my master bathroom. On the same day I contacted Coldstream Exteriors, John came out, getting my appointment in before he headed home. He identified the leak source and got a crew to fix it very shortly. In 2021, I had a leak in my garage, John came out, got on my roof, and identified the problem. He was very honest about price options and even told me how I fix it at a lower cost than what Coldstream Exteriors could offer. And John did not charge me for him coming out. Such honesty (instead of trying to get the sale) was highly appreciated. When I need to replace my whole roof in a few years, Coldstream Exteriors will be my first call.

I would like to take this opportunity to review and to say 'thank you" to The Coldstream Exteriors Teams for a job well done! Our Project Manager, Ricky Williams, was with us every step of the way through the planning process and was always responsive to my many, many questions and concerns whether via phone, text, and email. Amanda Fisher, Operations Manager, was terrific in assisting with the requirements for the estimates, photos, etc. Finally, to the crew that worked tirelessly from sunup to sundown to tear down and replace the roof. There was no downtime for this hardworking team, and they did a great job on the roof as well as the cleanup! As someone who is dealing with this company on the "back end" (after purchasing a home that came with one of their roofs - installed 2017 and still under warranty) I have not had a very good experience at all. In my first contact, I was going in "blind" having not dealt with them for the actual installation, so I tried explaining the issue/question raised by another contractor who had come to look at our gutters. Ben's initial reaction was very defensive and set a negative tone moving forward. In the following correspondences (mostly over the phone) I was either given the go-around and/or excuses. After denying any issues with their work - but without having anyone actually come out to inspect it - they finally sent someone to physically check on the gutter apron (the initial question/concern). The item in question DID meet code standards, but on several occasions it was insinuated that the previous owner (with whom we are still in contact), our gutter contractor, and even my husband were lying. We're not spending big money on a project, so I get the feeling that they are trying to detach from having to deal with us and honor their warranty (which I had to request a copy of multiple times over the last month and finally received today). Now we have found other possible issues with the roof and have been told that (again, without anyone coming out to check): "The issues look to have been caused by the gutter installation and the windstorm on 4/8 as the roof certainly did not look like that when we completed the job." 1) The roof was installed in 2017. It is not going to look the same as it did right after installation. That is why companies normally warrant their work for a period of time. 2) The corner roof issues were there PRIOR to our gutter installation. We did ask Coldstream for a quote on gutters, and no one arrived on the date they told my husband they would have someone come by, so we went with a reliable company that we had used on our prior home. I am guessing that is why they had this response. 3) We would have noticed one particular issue with the roof if it had happened after the windstorm on 4/8 because we walked the perimeter of our home to check for any damage. But if course the warranty doesn't cover storms, so that's the angle they are taking All-in-all, every communication we have had with both Ben and his brother Jon (the owner) have all ended with them finding a reason that it ISN'T their work and insinuating that other persons involved are lying. This company has not been professional. We tried resolving all of this through them directly, but they have solidified my desire to never deal with them again (which is hard to not assume was their end-goal due to their handling of things from the first call until today).
Now that we have dealt with the owner, Jon, on several occasions it has become clear that this owner/company is very proud of their work and willing to understand and address their customer service issues. It took a lot of conversation to get there, but Jon agreed that it should have been handled differently. Therefore I am changing my rating to a 3
