I ordered a white cashmere sweater from Colinskeirs before Christmas 2024. I recieved a confirmation e mail of the product, cost and the adress I provided to ship it to. I haven't recieved any communication since that. I have e mailed them several times with no answer back. I am just going to go to my bank and report it so they can investigate it. I just either want the sweater or my money back. I will be changing my debit card as well.
