Unfair exchange policy and poor customer service experience at Noni B
I had a really bad experience with Noni B. I purchased a dress for $80, which was on sale. When I went to exchange it, I found another dress that I liked, but it was only worth $50. To make up for the price difference, I also picked out a few jewelry items.
However, the lady at the store informed me that I could only exchange a dress for another dress and that I would have to pay for the jewelry separately. I tried to explain that there was a $30 difference in price, and I didn't want to lose that money. But she just gave me some explanation about sale items and all that.
I don't think it was fair at all. This was my first time shopping with Noni B, and it will definitely be my last.
Noni B's Poor Delivery and Communication: A Disappointing Experience
I recently made a purchase from Noni B's website on the 18th of August 2022. I was really excited to get my hands on the H2O Go vacuum/mop, as I had heard great things about it. However, my experience with Noni B has been far from satisfactory.

To my dismay, the item was delivered to my front door on the 25th of August, completely disregarding the two bright red notices I had placed, clearly stating that ALL deliveries MUST go to the BACK PATIO. It was disheartening to see that my specific instructions were not followed.
To add insult to injury, I have been bombarded with computer-generated emails from Noni B every two days, assuring me that they are diligently following up on the ticket I raised. Despite sending them an email to inform them that I had already received the item, the automated emails keep flooding my inbox. It's frustrating to see that my communication with them has been overlooked.
Honestly, this company's performance has been extremely disappointing. They seem to be unable to fulfill even the simplest of requests. It's as if they wouldn't be able to find their way in a well-known establishment like a brothel. I expected much better from Noni B, but unfortunately, they have failed to meet my expectations.
Mixed Experience with Noni B: Slow Delivery, Lack of Communication, and Tracking Issues

I was all excited to get my hands on some new dresses, ladies tops, and even a sheet set. But let me tell ya, the delivery took forever! I was still waiting for my stuff just a week before Christmas. So, I decided to reach out to Noni B and ask them what the deal was with my items. They told me that the things I bought were actually from a third party. They said they would get in touch with them and sort it out. Well, eventually I did receive some of the items, but it was like they were trickling in bit by bit. It was a real hassle, let me tell ya.
Now, here's where things get a little frustrating. Noni B gave me a tracking number for each order, but guess what? I only received one item and then it said my items were delivered. But hold on a minute, I didn't get the whole order! What's up with that?

Today, I reached out to them for the fifth time, asking about the one item that was still missing from my second order. And guess what they said? The same old answer. No refund, no nothing.
But wait, there's more! I can't even view my order online. When I try to check it out on their website, it says I haven't made any orders. They told me it's a problem with their website that they're supposedly fixing. They said it before Christmas, but guess what? It's still not working today. Talk about frustrating!
All in all, my experience with Noni B has been a bit of a letdown. The delivery was slow, the communication was lacking, and I can't even track my order properly. I hope they get their act together soon because this whole situation has been a real headache.

Saturday 2nd march, 11.59 am Raymond terrace. I purchased an item from your store. The assistant was 401281 Sandra. Everything was going normally with a bit of chit-chat, Sandra was ready to wrap my purchase when another customer approached the counter with her arms full of garments
Sandra started to go through these garments, telling the customer if she bought this one this other one would be half price etc
still waiting on my garment to be wrapped, I said could you hurry up please.
Sandra didn't like that and said I was rude. I said no you are the one who is rude you were serving me then you started to serve another customer, with that she became furious half wrapped my purchase and thrust it at me
I turned and left the store not saying another word
I'm sure Noni B would never condone this sort of behavior with their shop assistants
