Draper James I pre-ordered somethin' from Draper James on Aug

I pre-ordered somethin' from Draper James on Aug. 11, and they said it would ship on Aug. 22. I decided to cancel the order and emailed their customer service on Aug. 12 and again on Aug. 19. But guess what? I ain't heard back from 'em at all, and there ain't even a phone number to call. All I wanna do is cancel my order. It ain't even been shipped yet, so I don't get why this is so dang hard.

I ordered sumthin' (***) from Draper James on July 11th. They sent me a confirmation and took my money, but I ain't got nothin' else since then. They didn't even tell me when they shipped it, and I done emailed 'em 4 times but they ain't replied. I just want my money back. I been a customer for years, so this is real disappointin' and bad for business.

Draper James I ordered stuff from Draper James on November 21

I ordered stuff from Draper James on November 21. My first order was for a dress and my second order on December 7 was for a pyjama set. I finally got the pyjama set, but it only had the top. I still haven't gotten the dress. I've emailed them like 10 times and tried calling customer service, but they said they don't take calls anymore. All they've said is that there's a delay. It's been over a month now and I still don't have the dress or the pyjama bottoms. I ain't gonna buy anything else from Draper James 'cause it's too risky.

Draper James I bought a dress from Draper James for $** but never got it

I bought a dress from Draper James for $*** but never got it. They sent it through UPS, so I complained to UPS. They said the package got damaged. They told me to "contact the shipper," but that doesn't make sense. I've sent several emails to Draper James through their website, but they haven't replied. I can't find a phone number for customer service either. Something seems suspicious here. I have all the proof: my money left my bank account, and UPS can't prove that I signed for it. I did receive one of the two items I ordered, and it was fine. But I never got this dress. The website is really hard to navigate, and I can't find anyone to help me.

Draper James I bought a dress from Draper James on 8/20

I bought a dress from Draper James on 8/20. Got an email saying they got my order, but no info on shipping. Emailed customer service on 8/27 'cause no phone number, they replied saying they got my email but lots of emails to answer. Didn't say where my order is though. Replied on 9/1 asking to cancel and refund, no response. They charged my credit card but no dress! Bad biz and service. Need ComplaintsBoard.com help. Thanks.

I ordered a pair of linen shorts from Draper James on July 11. My order number is ***. I paid in full for my order, but it still hasn't been fulfilled. I reached out to Draper James Customer Service via email on August 23, as there is no phone number available. I asked for a refund because summer was already over, and I hadn't received any information about my order. They informed me that orders couldn't be cancelled but could only be refunded once received. I expressed my concern that I might never receive the order since I hadn't heard from them and didn't have an item to return, yet they were still selling the shorts online. Unfortunately, I haven't received any further communication from the company. I would really appreciate it if they could refund my money. Thank you.

Draper James I bought a dress from Draper James on July 20

I bought a dress from Draper James on July 20. I paid for it all on July 21 ($123.05). They sent me an email on July 20 saying they'd give me more info once the dress was sent. The order number is ***. But by August 22, I still hadn't heard anything else from them about my order. So I reached out to their customer service and asked for a refund since my dress hadn't been shipped. They emailed me back that same day saying, "We're getting a lot of emails and requests, so it's taking longer to respond than usual. Sorry for any delay!" But nobody's gotten in touch with me since then. I'd really appreciate any help you can give.

I ordered from Draper James on 5/8 and got a notice that it was sent out for shipping on 5/11 with a tracking number. The shipment status has been pending with no more info, so it seems like the item is lost. But Draper James customer service didn't help me at all with a replacement or refund. It looks like they have a robot that just sends me the same tracking number, which doesn't solve my problem. I know there have been shipping delays because of the pandemic, but other stores can still deliver and help customers.

I bought stuff from Draper James on 8/14 and they gave me a *** tracking number. The tracking stopped on 8/17 and it said "pending." I know shipping is slow these days, but it's really annoying that *** lost my package and Draper James customer service didn't do much to help (they don't answer calls, so we're stuck with email). It's super disappointing. I asked for a replacement, but they said the item is sold out now. The service was not helpful at all. They should have someone working with *** to find my original package. Also, online stores that advertise on social media should be able to handle orders and customer complaints.

Draper James I ordered from Draper James on November 29th

I ordered from Draper James on November 29th. My order number is *** and it cost me $115.94. The order was shipped on December 7th, but on the 11th, the tracking info stopped. It was sent through mail innovations, starting with UPS and then transferred to USPS. I've talked to both UPS and USPS in person and on the phone. UPS says they never got the package, while USPS says they delivered it to me. My package is lost and I've contacted the company, but the only way to reach them is through email. All they keep doing is emailing me the tracking number, which is useless. I already have the number, but the package is lost. I've emailed them about this, but they don't respond. I've asked for a resend or a refund, but they never reply.

I bought stuff from Draper James site last month. After I paid, the receipt said everything was final sale. It didn't say that on the product page or in the small print. The store says I can't return the stuff in an email they keep sending me. There's no phone number to talk to a person, and they don't bother writing a real response to my proof that final sale wasn't mentioned until after I bought it. I've asked for a phone number many times and never got a reply. This is lying and bad customer service. I'll never shop here again and tell others to stay away too.

I ordered a Reba Wrap Dress from Draper James on Tuesday, June 15. After discounts, my total came to $114.48. Unfortunately, the dress didn't look like what I expected. So, I went online and got a prepaid label to return it. But here's the thing, the return label says *** Ground, but *** can't accept it. I've tried twice already. Draper James doesn't have a phone number for customer service, and their online team isn't being helpful. They told me to bring it to a ***/*** location, but that's not the same thing. The label isn't working because *** can't find the tracking number in their system. I don't have any other way to return it. I've been emailing them about how to return the dress, but no one is responding. And to make matters worse, there's a 20-day return window that I'm going to miss now. If a business can't provide good online customer support, they should at least have a phone number to call.

Draper James I ordered 2 sets of pajamas from Draper James on Thu, Jul 22

I ordered 2 sets of pajamas from Draper James on Thu, Jul 22. The total cost was $117.70. They sent me an email on Sat, Jul 24, saying that one set had been shipped. I got that package on Sat, Jul 31. I've emailed Draper James customer service 4 times now, asking about the status of my second set of pajamas. I emailed them on Jul 28, Jul 30, and Aug 2, using the original order email thread. They only sent me an automated email on Jul 28, saying they got my email and would respond within 24-72 hours. It's been way more than 72 hours, so I emailed them again on Mon, Aug 2, using a new email thread. I got another automated response. I also tried calling them, but it's just a recorded message saying they can't be reached by phone and to email customer support. This is really bad customer service.

Draper James I ordered from Draper James on 7/15 for $114.89, upgraded shipping for my sister, no shipment notice by 8/3.

I ordered from Draper James on 7/15 for $114.89 with upgraded shipping for my sister, sent to her address. It's 8/3 now and I haven't received a shipment notice. I also ordered items for my mom on the same day; those were shipped and received within 5 business days. There's no working customer service number, and my four emails have gone unanswered. I sought help from an external service, but Draper James hasn't responded to them either. They should cancel and refund this order immediately. Additionally, I placed an order for myself on 7/19 for $243.37 to my old address in West Monroe, with 3 out of 4 items arriving. There's no information on the 4th item after 4 emails. I've since moved to a new address and expect an immediate cancellation and refund for the $45 item.
