I gotta say, I bought a few things from Red Dress and most of them were pretty good. But this one dress, man, it was lace and it felt like cardboard. Not gonna lie, I was pretty disappointed. But hey, you win some, you lose some. I think next time I'll stick to their simpler stuff.

The prices were pretty sweet though, I gotta give 'em that. And they had some good deals going on. But dang, shipping took forever. I was starting to think my package got lost in the mail or something.

Red Dress is a store that sells clothes and stuff online. I think they're not very good because they don't have a lot of different kinds of people in their pictures. Like, all the models are white and they don't know how to walk very well. I did see a couple of pictures with non-white people in them, but it was only after people started protesting about racism. So that seems pretty fake to me. Also, the clothes are really expensive. Like, way too expensive for what you get. So I wouldn't recommend shopping there.

They advertise these sales and dresses that look amazing, but when you actually get them, they're not even close to the size or quality that they promised. And then, get this, when you try to get a refund, they straight up refuse! Can you believe that? In their email to me, they told me to donate or re-gift the dress instead. Like, what kind of customer service is that? Honestly, I would steer clear of this company if I were you.

I was pretty bummed out about it and tried to get in touch with their customer service team to see if I could return it. I sent them some photos and even a video of the zipper, but I never heard back from them. I tried calling a few times, but they always told me that they were super busy and couldn't get to my email yet.

I was patient and waited a few weeks, but it started to get pretty frustrating. Finally, after my third phone call, they sent me a return address label. However, they wouldn't refund me for the shipping costs, even though it was their mistake that the dress was defective.

This place is a total rip-off! I wouldn't recommend ordering from here at all. They make you pay for your returns, which is a total bummer. And to make matters worse, they don't even give you your full reimbursement, so you end up getting double charged for shipping. The clothing is cheap and feels worse than Forever 21 clothes. Honestly, I've seen better stuff at Goodwill. I bought a dress for $50 and had to pay $7.75 to the post office to ship it back since they don't cover that. And to add insult to injury, they only reimbursed me $43 because they don't include the shipping (which I paid $5.95 to the website) that you had paid for. It's just not worth it. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

I would like to warn every woman who's going to order from this website. Think twice, ladies. The clothes here are overpriced and not worth our attention.
I've seen the same clothes on different websites (based in the US, if it's important with lower rates). Moreover, the quality doesn't match the price. It's poor. Cheap. Terrible.
Don't fall for ads and use your head. And never buy anything from them.

I will never again use the website www.reddressboutique.com. I have purchased the dress, but it was shipped 2 weeks later. I was shocked, because I paid for the fast shipping and asked the rep to ship the order as soon as possible. But he temporized and I wasted a lot of time. It was terrible and of course I posted negative review on the website, but they didn’t care about it. Run from them.
