Yahaira Scam... Very disappointed

I was told repeatedly to order a medium shaper. It arrived and I needed it for my post-op recovery so I really wanted it to work. Sadly, after confirming my size twice with employees, the shaper I received looked more like a xxs. I could not try it on because they do not allow it, and they claim absolutely no refunds, so I decided to exchange it for a large. Even with proof of delivery and signature upon receipt with a name and everything, they denied ever getting my return. It's the perfect scam... Tell customers the wrong size and keep their money. I have submitted complaints to the ftc and bbb. It is also true that they remove bad reviews from social media and probably pay people to put good reviews.

Recommendation: I do NOT recommend.

And I wanted to add that the disappointment stems from really liking the character of Yahaira and her ads, which is what reeled me in. Never again!

Yahaira I had such a great experience with yahaira

I had such a great experience with yahaira. I was staying at a hotel in Miami when I ordered my happy butt, unfortunately, by the time product was delivered, I already left the US and it was returned to them. When they contacted me, I explained that I do not leave in the US and wasn't planning to go back soon. They had my garment delivered to me in Haiti by *** international. I appreciate the seriousness and the respect for customers.They said yes and it was a serious yes! Great team, great product ! I coulnd't be happier. Thanks Yahaira Team, Peace and Love! Keep it like that.

Customer Service was amazing! I ordered the wrong size, and because of it, I tore my happy butt garment, I contacted Yahaira and she helped me with the correct sizing. She was amazing, I recommend this product to anyone

I pre-ordered a body shaper in December , it is now April and still I have not received any emails communicating delays of any sort. The shipping date was supposed to be March 27 and still have not received my product. When I finally reached out to the company they did not respond by email. I contacted them through social media via a post on their page, they immediately deleted my comment which was simply asking where my product was. They only allow positive reviews of their product on their page apparently. The DMs followed with inaccurate information, excuses and an inability to refund my money. I voiced my concerns about their lack of communication through email; to which they responded that social media was the best form of communication. If a company provides 3 modes of communication why would they only pay attention to ***. The representative did not answer when I would get my garment or if they would refund me. Instead she told me they would call me tomorrow. A representative finally called and told me they could not refund my card because they had already done their taxes for the year and could not give me my money back. They said i could choose another garment or get a refund through ***. I did not want either option since I paid with my debit card. Finally the rep told me they would send a check sometime next week, but that they were not liable if it was lost!. This company has failed to take any accountability for their shortcomings and were quick to charge my card, but now do not want to refund me. Is this even legal? I haven't received a check or any emails from this company with any explanation of what is going on. Their representatives are still giving me the run around about whether I can get my money back. While the face of YAHAIRA is likable their customers service is inefficient, uninformed and rude. The CEO must not care about customers satisfaction if this is how matters that go wrong are handled. They still have not emailed me since December even though I have sent them many email trying to get an answer to my concerns. I was only able to reach them through social media. Like I told the company I just want my money back and they should be liable for the check being mailed. Who mails something worth $100 without insurance. The way this is being handled and still not resolved is disheartening and more stressful than it should be.

Yahaira I first saw an ad on a social platform about the shapewear

I first saw an ad on a social platform about the shapewear. I reached out to them through the platform's messenger and provided my height, size, and weight. They sent me my size recommendation and I purchased the exact size they recommended. I received my garment and I absolutely love it. If you follow instructions, it's easy to put on and what I love the most are the little bra straps that help the garment stay on all day. Customer service is a ten for me. They answered questions in a timely manner. I have purchased shapers from other companies but this is the only one that I am completely satisfied with, both in quality and comfort. I am now looking to buy another one in a different color. I wholeheartedly recommend this company. Thank you, Yahaira, for this amazing shapewear.

I bought a item from them and I really like it. The only issues is that it rolls down and the bottom of the leggings rub against my leg and leave a red mark. The other issue I have, is I tried to leave this same review on their site twice and they refused to put it up. I don't like that they aren't being trust worthy and allowing people to leave their honest opinion.

Yahaira has great customer service. They were quick to reply to my concerns and they took care of me right away. I have lost about 100lbs and work in the medical field and these fajas have helped keep me comfortable and confident. Plus they're not noticable under my scrubs which is the best thing! Thank you for providing great customer service and for helping me with my concerns. I appreciate a company that listens to their customers.

Yahaira I bought the low waist to the knee Happy Butt #7

I bought the low waist to the knee Happy Butt #7. I bought it in February but didn't start wearing it until a month ago. I wear it under my scrubs every day. I love the way it makes my butt and hips look. It sucks you in and smooths you out. It also lifts what you already have and makes it look better. For whatever reason the one I bought ripped waist after a month of me wearing it. I contacted customer service through *** and they got back to me so promptly. They asked for pictures of the garment (which is only fair) and I provided. They are sending me a brand new garment. I was not expecting that at all. They went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it. They have a great product and amazing customer service. I will continue to purchase products from them. Thank you Shop Yahaira Team.

Yahaira I had recently purchased one of their Shapeware which was a full body shorts

I had recently purchased one of their Shapeware which was a full body shorts. And the first time I wore it it had a hole in the bottom and the sewing was coming off. As a first time buyer I reached out to them via email Explaining and sending them pictures of the quality they had sent me. Explaining to them how upset I was. I was thinking they would never replied back. it surprised when they quickly returned the email saying they were sorry and would happily re-send me the Shapeware they even asked me if I wanted the same color and size. I was shocked to see how much they care about their customers and their company reputation not a lot of companies are like this nowadays. Other companies either take a long time to reply or just ignored. but this company Truly cares about their customer satisfaction.

Received my order within a couple of days. Ordering was easy. Had a small issue with my order but the Customer service team was very helpful and got back to me in a timely manner! I am very happy with the quality and fit of the Garments. Overall my experience was great. Would recommend

I had a stellar experience with Yahaira, Inc. I've been managing lingerie shops for just shy of a decade and this is the nicest shapewear I've ever come across. I am always hesitant to make purchases from new online companies but I did my research with Yahaira and they definitely did not disappoint. Their sizing guides are accurate but my proportions are a little different than most people's so I ended up needing a different size. If you are between sizes; size up! And if you aren't between sizes but feel that you carry a bit more weight in your booty/thigh area than most (like me), you might want to consider sizing up. Yahaira offered to exchange the item for me if I had not tried it on yet- which is a generous offer in this industry. Most lingerie stores I have worked for have a no returns, no exchanges, no exceptions policy. I had tried the garment on and I was honest about that. They offered me a 50% promo code to put towards my new purchase. Since I had already gone ahead and bought a larger size they agreed to refund me for half of the purchase amount- which was very generous of them. Overall I loved the garment and I can't wait to get my next size up! I plan on keeping them both as my weight tends to fluctuate. I was really impressed with the quality of the shapewear and especially impressed with the quality of the customer service I received. I will definitely shop with Yahaira in the future and will encourage my friends and customers to do the same. Thanks Yahaira! -

I bought a body shaper from *** the company advertises that this shaper does not roll down and it does especially when you sit down. Also the buttock area is not seamless, the elastic under the butt is too tight on your leg and you can see through your clothes where the elastic squeezes your leg and makes you it look like you are wearing butt pads. I have email the company a few times already but they do not seem to offer a solution.
