I was extremely please with this company. It is family owned and the entire family and crew were a pleasure to deal with. No hidden fees, an easy to understand contract and a very skilled roofing crew. This is what you think of when you look for quality work.

Coltus Roofing is top notch! I talked with the owner, Mr. Coltus, and he immediately put me at ease. Within the hour of calling him, he had an emergency tarp on my roof to protect the house from further damage. He talked me through the process of next steps with the insurance company. He completely made me feel comfortable and made the situation less daunting.

I would happily hire Coltus Roofing again. They provided me with a fair estimate, arrived and finished when they said they would. Chris did a great job of communicating with me about the status of the project and the team did an impeccable job of cleaning up when they finished.

Called Coltus Roofing and they came out and gave me a free estimate. They provided the estimate in writing and had me sign it before they scheduled the work. They came out and completed the work quickly and professionally. They explained exactly what was done and what they foresaw that I would need in the future. I have already recommended them to someone else and we'll gladly use them again.

Chance responded to our request for a quote by arriving promptly to examine thoroughly the condition of our roof, the associated vents and the chimney. He provided a detailed competitive estimate and we selected Coltus to do the replacement of our roof. He and his crew arrived early on the agreed date and accomplished all of the work in a very long day. Everything that we wanted done was accomplished and the cleanup afterward was excellent. We are very pleased with the performance of Chance and his Coltus Roofing crew.
