Spoke with a supervisor about three ver draft charges that were within the grace period it states per policy if you will have until tuesday at 7 if you are over drawn on a friday at end of closing or if it is monday thru friday two business days and federal holidays and weeks do not count the situation was thursday nov 9 I was overdrawn I deposited several deposits on the 9th and 10th I was in positive until late afternoon and it went negative due to charges that hit in friday nov 10th so saturday was a federal holiday but I still had until tuesday nov 14 to bring my account current. My account had until tuesday nov 14th per commerce policy I had three other reps and supervisor agree and turns the supervisor in. The supervisor at ozark mo told me that I was wrong and since I was negative thursday that’s why I received over draft fees I said the fees draft fees are not from charges on thursday bc I was in the positive after several deposits I made until the evening of nov 10th friday so I would of had until tuesday, she tells me sorry too bad and then says I don’t think your a good fit for central bank and closes my account told me I had ten business days she told me repeatedly I wasn’t a good fit and was discriminating me bc of over drafts that I had it he past I said these are not over draft fees that I should of had bc I followed your policy while trying to get my account back in good standing bc of a check felt I was waiting on from my spouses trucking company I said how are you closing my account bc I am asking you to follow your own bank policy and not discriminate and pick who it applies too she closed account gave me ten days knowing my check is direct deposited from probation n parole with state of missouri and that I can’t get this changed in time I asks for her supervisor she would not give me the name or contact info. I reported her to the customer service line the girl was trying to refund my fees bc she stated you were within policy and vouldbc that supervisor closed my account then told me I couldn’t have my deposit tomorrow they would cut me a check the other lady said she had never seen someone be treated this way and it was not in policy! Ot didn’t matter how many transactions I made to keep it positive all that mattered I did! And I should of had until nov 14 per policy! The other rep and supervisor tris to give them back but that supervisor blows my account!
