I got a credit card September 11,2023. I reported to customer service 12/19/2023, that the data regarding purchases was not posted in my on line account. That activity was posted only from 11/27 to 12/19. And that I could not access statements except for one November 2023 statements. I needed a receipt for purchase on 9/15 and thie 9,10, 11 months were not available online. The representative also saw the problem. The supervisor did not allow her to send me any record of my transactions!
This is paperless online bank that does not allow access to your records.
This is a bank failure.
After 25 minute customer service hung up on me.
I called back and submitted a ticket to tech support to load my financial data onto my online banking account.
I got no case number and was told that they would call when it was fixed 24-48 hours! If I did not get a call, it was not fixed!
This too is a bank failure.
I called the office of the President of commerce bank, their secretary is out until 1/2/2024 I called another officer and left a message 12/19/2023, I have not heard back.
Claimed loss: I do not have access to my financial records
Desired outcome: Access to all financial records since 9/14/2023, NOW , it’s been three months!
