Very bad experience with them. Insensitive to patient's situation, haywire billing and did not give me what I am supposed to get. I opt for c sec maternity package but I am not even given any of the items in the package. Simplest thing such as confinement food are not provided, no post natal massage, no complimentary carpark, no welcome gift. I have to keep requesting for the mini bar because my visitors have nothing to drink. My bill came out to be additional $2k+ more and no one explained to me why till we received a sms to make the payment when I have not even discharge! Business centre staff were insensitive to my situation and make harsh statement that we are not entitled for carpark when they did not check properly. I was admitted on 10 Jan till today, nobody get back to me on my concerns when they promised to. I called them few times and even emailed to Miss Jayasutha twice to request for an update plus to clarify my doubts on being billed extra when supposedly the maternity package should have included. No reply or respond to me. This is really unacceptable, staying in Mount E Novena doesn't make me feel better but makes me miserable and frustrating.

Miss Jayasugtha, the assistant Manager from the business center promised that someone from the service excellent team will contact me to get back to me on why I was not given any of the entitlement from the C Sec package and that duplicate items are being charged even though it is included in the package. They just sent me the hard copy invoice without getting back to me on my enquirers on the above for payment! I emailed Miss Jaya a few times and tried calling her but was not able to get in touch subsequently. This is really unacceptable, Mount Elizabeth hospital Novena sought to be One Trusted Brand With A Diverse Mix Of Medical Professions Delivering Quality Healthcare however I highly disagree with this as my experience staying there doesn't make me feel better but makes me miserable and frustrating.

Agreed. Mount E Novena doctors and nurses are good but their business office staff are terrible, inefficient, clueless, lazy and rude. Had bad experience with them both times my stay there.
