SMPRATTE Pokemon review: pokemon card

Recently I purchased a pikachu from smpratte on eBay. Unfortunately, I received the item which was in much worse condition than the image depicted. I attempted to return the item. However, my request was denied because I did not attach images. An appeal with images was able to get my money back. The seller was extremely discourteous and rude during the entire transaction. They incessantly accused me of the mishap with the listing. My experience with this seller is absolutely horrible and I feel that many others have experienced this same low level of customer service.
