I can't blame you for being upset — having someone dip into your bank account for more than expected is enough to raise anyone's blood pressure! It's even more frustrating when the charges don't match what's advertised. You should be relaxing with a subscription box, not dealing with financial acrobatics.

I would recommend you check your account settings and maybe set up some alerts so you can get on top of any unexpected withdrawals faster. If you haven't already, contact AuraBloom directly to sort this out and get your money back. Sometimes a strongly worded email can work wonders, or you can try calling them to get a faster response.

And hey, at least they didn’t charge you for a box of pet rocks and call it a “natural relaxation aid.” I hope you can get it resolved soon so you can enjoy the subscription without worrying about any surprise deductions.

AuraBloom Never again…

Ordered vip subscription package on this website and it never made it to me. Called the post office and they said this was most definitely a scam and that they give you the wrong tracking info in the same town as you and get it delivered to a different address. It’s impossible to find a number to call to contact them. They are taking forever for them to email me back and I’m not sure how to unsubscribe and I’m getting increasingly more frustrated as I keep trying

AuraBloom Beautiful concept with some concerns

As someone interested in how crystals can make life better, I was excited about AuraBloom and their monthly crystal packages. Getting special crystals every month sounded like a perfect mix of nature's beauty and personal care. But my experience with AuraBloom has been a mix of liking and wondering, similar to what others feel.

Some crystals from AuraBloom were really beautiful, better than what I've seen in other online stores. For example, their Septarian stone was very special and added nicely to my collection. Also, AuraBloom's customer service and the happiness of opening a new set of crystals every month have been good parts of this experience. The way they handle everything from signing up to getting the package has made each delivery feel like a special gift.

However, not everything was clear at the start. The "free monthly package" offer actually required paying for shipping, which was confusing. Also, sometimes the crystals didn't match their descriptions or the quality wasn't as good as I hoped. I've read about others getting stones that were dyed, making me question the real value of what's offered.

In the end, the idea of AuraBloom sending crystal magic to your home is very nice and could be very meaningful. Discovering a new crystal is exciting, and the good customer service makes the process even better. But, with mixed reviews, especially about the realness of the products and if the price is fair, it's good to be a bit careful.

For AuraBloom to really win over people who love crystals, they need to focus on being more clear and honest and checking the quality of their crystals better. This is the only way AuraBloom can match up to what people expect and trust.

AuraBloom VIP Crystal Club is a scam

I signed up for your VIP Crystal Club - Monthly Tester (July 2024) due to the crystal being "free" and only paying for shipping.

The first month was $13.88 | Labradorite Moonstone | #AB124075 | Rec'd on 7/12.I reviewed the crystal and really liked it.

The next month (August 2024) I received an email saying the cost would be $23.50 for the crystal I was to receive. Mind you, I thought this had to be something larger or more pieces or something for the increase in cost, and while it turned out being a bracelet (Howlite Bracelet | #AB136875 | Rec'd on 8/12), the weight was exactly the same as the 1st crystal I received. Both items weighed 22 grams.

If I was only to be paying for shipping, then this item should have cost the same as the previous crystal since shipping cost is calculated via weight. There's obviously something wrong here

AuraBloom Unauthorized transaction

I signed up for a monthly subscription with this company. Upon realizing they were going to be increasing the price I decided to cancel the membership which I did successfully. Two months pass by and out of the blue I’m charged for the increased price monthly subscription. I tried reaching out to customer service on multiple occasions with no response.

Claimed loss: 21.97

Desired outcome: A refund

I emailed them and told them "point blank" to cancel my subscription, that I was NOT willing to pay the 21.97 fee. They emailed me back and said I could continue to pay the original amount, which is $12.95 per month. I still have the emails, wish I could post them to show everyone on here. They are not good about getting back if you contact them via their "contact us" email addy, however if you reply back through some of their other emails, then they will reply back. It's kind of [censored]ty, of them, but I did get what I requested, and they were VERY NICE to me via email. SO GOOD LUCK TO ALL...

AuraBloom They’ve made it nearly impossible to cancel the VIP monthly Crystal subscription!!

I decided to signup for the VIP crystal subscription, which I’ve been receiving for the last three months but I’ve noticed a significant increase in price.

The original sign on amount was supposed to be “Free”, just pay the $9.99 in shipping fees, but I’m noticing it’s been increasing every month since… ( Aug. $9.99, Sept. $14.99, Oct. $24.99 and I’m not sticking around for November’s but nowhere on their official site, can you to access your subscription management.

It’s really frustrating, so I’ve emailed the company to try to terminate my membership with them and I’m impatiently waiting for them to respond.

This isn’t a good business practices!

Desired outcome: Cancel Subscription membership and get a $20.00 reimbursed for the overcharged difference of our original $9.99 subscription fees.

AuraBloom Refund not received

I worked with Aurabloom for a month to test them out after being contacted by Chris. At first, they were responsive and dedicated to helping my campaign go smoothly. The campaign ended up not being successful, (which is alright, my industry just wasn't a good fit). I then requested my refund which was my right per our signed contract. However, once I did this, all communication from Chris stopped. I've attempted multiple times to contact Chris over the 1 month+ since I originally requested the refund, and still no response. The company currently owes me $1040.

Expand Collapse all
What is AuraBloom and why do people search "scam" next to it?

AuraBloom is a website many people see on different social media. They say you can be a VIP Crystal tester and get free crystals every month. But, many people look it up with words like "scam," "legit," and "reviews" because they're not sure if it's real. They worry because of how the site asks for subscriptions, does not post on social media anymore, and how hard it is to stop the subscription.

Are there any warning signs with AuraBloom?

Yes, there are some warning signs with AuraBloom. They don't have a cover photo on their social media page, haven't posted anything since February 22nd, and there's been nothing new for about six months. Also, there's not much information about who made the company or their story, which makes people wonder if it's a serious and real business.

What problems have customers had with AuraBloom?

Customers have said they had money taken without permission, it was hard to stop the VIP crystal subscription every month, and they didn't get their money back. These complaints are on websites like complaintsboard.com and talked about in places like the r/scams subreddit on Reddit, showing that people are not happy with how AuraBloom helps its customers.

How does subscribing to AuraBloom work?

AuraBloom seems to have a subscription where you first get a free trial, and then it becomes a monthly subscription to their VIP Club. But, some customers say they didn't know about the subscription plan and had trouble when they tried to stop it, leading to charges they didn't expect.

Can crystals really heal you like AuraBloom says?

Whether or not crystals can heal is something people believe differently about. AuraBloom and similar places might say crystals have healing powers, but not everyone agrees. It's important to be careful with such claims and learn more before believing.

What should people think about before buying from AuraBloom?

People should look very carefully at AuraBloom's rules, especially about how subscriptions and stopping them work. It's a good idea to look for reviews and what other customers say to understand better if AuraBloom is trustworthy and if their products are good. Because of the issues with stopping subscriptions and not being very open, people should be very careful.

Is AuraBloom's crystal club really giving away free crystals?

Some people talking online have worried that AuraBloom's offer of free crystals isn't completely true because you have to pay every month. The crystals, which are said to be free, actually come with a subscription where maybe the first time you only pay for shipping, but then you get charged every month after that.

Are the crystals from AuraBloom worth the monthly money?

What people say is different. Some feel that the crystals they get don't match up with how much they have to pay every month or what AuraBloom says they are worth. One person said they got a crystal that was worth a lot less than AuraBloom said, which means AuraBloom might be marking up their prices a lot.

What do people say about how good and how valuable AuraBloom's crystals are?

Some people like the crystals just because they're nice to have and they enjoy collecting them, even with the subscription cost. But, there are doubts about how much AuraBloom says they're worth and if the subscription money is really fair for what you get, especially when you look at the usual market price.

Can AuraBloom's crystals heal you?

People don't all agree on if crystals can actually make you feel better. Some think crystals can help you heal, while others see them just as things to decorate with. Believing if crystals can heal depends a lot on the person.

What should people thinking about joining AuraBloom's crystal club know?

People thinking about joining should know that AuraBloom's crystal club works with a subscription where the "free" crystals actually come with shipping charges and maybe monthly fees too. It's very important to read all the details before joining and think about if the crystals are really worth the subscription money. From what other customers have said, it's good to be careful of what AuraBloom promises.
