Trying to get a hold of the call center as I purchased Checkers grocery vouchers and just one was sent. My mom of 75 is waiting at the mall for the vouchers and cannot get through to the call center or their chat to find out whats going on., Apparently they are experiencing high call volumes.. Well HIRE more staff.
My poor mom has been waiting an hour and 15 min and I still cannot contact the call center.
If you a service provider provide a service.. plan resources accordingly if you expect high call volumes.

I have purchased a bus ticket from Johannesburg to Durban on the 18/12/2023 as I planned to go on holiday on the 31st. I did not receive my email confirmation as usual but waited hoping that it will pop in. On the 20th I sent computicket an email notifying to them that I have not received my reference and they did not reply. Again on the 22nd still no response.
I called them on the 2nd and they told me the email was sent on the @8th, I asked them why they did not reply earlier as we would've prevented the problem. I am still waiting for my refund even today they keep saying they are investigating whereas they have all sufficient evidence of my complain.
I had to contact my bank thinking that I've been scammed. I'm not happy at all with how they deal with my complain

No refund for un-supplied tickets
I attempted to purchase tickets online, and paid with a bank card. The transaction was completed but no tickets supplied. I requested a refund on 30 June 2023 and was advise today 15 Augis 2013 that I will not be getting a refund as I paid with a card and verified the transaction. I have sent the card details, my bankstatement and all Information they have requested but still no resolve
How I paid does not change the fact that I paid for tickets I did not receive!

Incorrect Supply & reimbursement of bus ticket
After purchasing a bus ticket from computicket for R 320.00 from Durban to Joburg at 20h00 in July 2023 I was told at the bus station that the ticket was not vailed as the information computicket had on the ticket was incorrect. I then had to buy a new ticket for R 450,00 for a bus that left at 21h00. After speaking to their call centre I was told that they would reimburse me, they then proceeded to only pay me R 130,00 and not the full amount of R 450,00. Neither were they willing to compensate me for my time or recourses after having gone through this ordeal or for all the time spend getting my money back.
Desired outcome: Complete refund with interest, bank charges & compensation for time & resources.
Computicket stole my money from my account
On the 10th of January 2023 I purchased VIP tickets online using computicket and R1200 was deducted from my account and I received my tickets via email. On the 14th of January 2023 R1200 was deducted again from my account by computicket that was not authorized. I called on Saturday and I was xtold that the financial department will call me to sort out this issue mess. Computicket never got back to me I have to spend my airtime to do follow up myself and its them that stole my money from my account. This company goes into people's account and steal their money so I want my money reversed back into my account ASAP
Vouchers
As i am purchasing food vouchers for family in SA from abroad my transactions keep getting blocked. As i am abroad i am unaBle to call hence having to email to unblock the transaction. After 3 hours i get a response its blocked again and we repeat the process. Till the end of the day my family still dont have vouchers and im told to contact call centre internationally. Computicket this is extremely poor customer service especially as the service is to provide food to people.

I was gifted a R500 voucher from angel network and purchased by Lindi kazhoff. I received the sms on 24/12/2002 at 23h16pm. I went on 25/12/2022 to use voucher at ShopRite rosettenville but at tillpoint declined and I had to leave groceries and was humiliating. The manager of ShopRite rosettenville advised me to contact conputicket and they requested purchase reference number which I sent them they sent email with record that voucher Had been redeemed in ShopRite rosettenville store on the 25/12/2022. I went too ShopRite rosettenville yesterday and gave the manager thobile the email from computicket and she couldn't find transaction on their system so had referred matter to computicket head office. I came back now from ShopRite rosettenville where thobile sent email asking if they could credit me the voucher and how must they do so.
Please I am begging you to resolve this issue which is not my fault I desperately need my voucher I am single unemployed mother with a physically handicapped child in a wheelchair we have no food am struggling five days to get new voucher

Soul Sisters Concert

I purchased my tickets for the concert in February 2020, then the Covid Pandemic affected the world and SA went into lockdown in March 2020, like most countries did.
Due to the pandemic, the show was postponed a few times and I was so excited when finally I would be able to attend the long awaited concert.
Unfortunately, I was rushed to hospital on the 20th September 2022, with a possible heart attack and was under observation in the ICU since then. I would like to know if you are able to refund me for my tickets that I purchased?
I have attached my tickets, together with my medical certificate from the doctor who treated me whilst there.

Fake online tickets.
On the 28th October I bought 6 tickets for Porryland event that was happening on the 5th of November. I was given a pdf of tickets that had a technical error and they refused to give me my refund they told me that it was my phone that had wrong settings. I mean like I am always working and my email functions well. My R600 went down to the drain just like that. I would not advice anyone to trust buying online tickets at computicket. Even the reference number was invalid. I really got scammed. No more.

I am Arthur James a 62 year old and I've booked tickets for me and my wife to attend a birthday in Swakopmund on 25 March 2021 and paid R8207.29 for the both of us toe Walvisbay with a return ticket unfortunately we got Covid and could not go. So we postponed and then we were invited for a tombstone unveiling in April again and tried to change the ticket but had to pay R1963.50 in the Nedbank account of Computicket and unfortunately we were again diagnosed with Covid for the 2nd time and could not go. So according to Computicket and the airlink counter assistant at Cape Town International the tickets will be valid till 2023. So now we've already paid R10170.79. Meaning a ticket would cost us R5085.40. Now we are invited to a 60th birthday again in Windhoek which according to us is closer to Cape Town. And we were quoted to pay an extra account of R4205.70.
Meaning that we would have paid R14376.49 = R7188.245 per person. We are pensioners.. the delay in flights and changes was not due to us choosing but unforeseen by Covid. Is there something you can do for us please? We are pensioners and my wife cannot sit for long hours on the road.
Please assist us with this funding. We are in dire need of your help.

Access denied for bus ride
Bus was booked on the 7th August 2022 traveling from Durban to Johannesburg, on departure the name of the passenger did not appear on the bus list (Intercape) and the conclusion was that the passenger can not access the bus and was left stranded. The ticket reference number is B5G3822N and the date and time of bus departure was on the 09th August 2022. The Intercape stuff was cold and not willing to assist in the issue and the passenger was directed to call or email comouticket on the last minute of departure anyhow the response was not there.

Poor setup and service
Computicket POOR service and setup!
For years Checkers service counters don't have paper to print tickets, have to visit 3+ stores to print tickets.
Computicket tickets don't print local which is totally unacceptable.
Best to look for partners that are up to date with current technology and trends.
Customer service is LAST for Computicket and Checkers.
Really frustrating process and best to avoid!
Bus ticket for Big Tree bus to Matatiele on the 10/ 06/2022
Good day, I bought my ticket at Shoprite from Pretoria to Matatiele on my way to the bus the guy from the bus whose cell number appears on my ticket calls me an hour before my departure. To advise that the bus will no longer be coming to Pretoria and he advised that I must get myself to Johannesburg and the driver would reimburse me. When I spoke to the driver he knew nothing and when I called this number back the person did not answer. I never got the money I spent, Then after our 1st stop at Mont Rose after the the toll gate the bus just died, the driver then arranged another bus to take us to Matatiele atleast I thought until the bus stopped in Kokstad and we then had to pay Eagle Liner bus to take us further to Matatiele. I feel robbed I never budgeted for this money and was going to a funeral when I bought my ticket at Shoprite I wanted a bus from Pta to Matatiele instead I ended up spending money I never budgeted for. I would really appreciate to get reimbursed the extra money I spent.

Am not happy with Computicket and Shoprite. I bought a ticket at shoprite Milnerton for the 14th April from Capetown to Johanneburg and the ticket was R600 twice of their normal fare. My ticket was saying that bus will leave 6pm the 14th and I will be in Johannesburg by 12pm on the 15 April. When I got to Capetown long distance station there was no bus and there were some already waiting for the bus since afternoon. Later a guy comes and call several buses like Wezwe, Ilula and other 2 or 3 buses to be on one que. we waited and a bus with no name came and we left around 8pm. Bellvile we found other people who have waited for Wezwe Coaches since afternoon. On the way instead of the bus to stop at the garage for people to ease themselves, around 3am we stopped on the middle of nowhere asking the passengers to go out and easy themselves. we complained that we are not at the garage where will we go as theres bush all over what if snakes bite us or anything which might be there, alas the drivers still insisted we go in the bush. Strange after we paid money to be treated that way. We arrived in johanneburg around 18:30pm instead of 12pm as per my ticket, somewhere near Bree, the bus died and we were told its out of diesel and there was no other option but to walk from there to get to parkstation. It was scary passing dangerous places after we booked online for our tickets.
My question is how do we find find these kind of buses online when theres no bus and with poor conditions? These fly by night doesnt belong to Computicket or any shop like shoprite and Checkers.
Desired outcome: Please remove buses which do not exist and continue with proper buses that will only be fair to your customers. Wezwe doesnt exist hence should not be available on line please.
Same experience here. They cannot enter park station because they are not registered even in Cape Town Station they use delta coaches. You will never find anyone to assist you even when they are they ones who didn't honoured terms, you as the passenger pay for their incompetence. Refunds not done since October 2021
Hi I have been in contact with Nomfundo Shabangu since last year she is an Administrator at Computicket. She never calls to explain anything. She hardly responds to my emails.
Only once or twice, last being 29th December 2021. Saying my bank details are not correct. She can't refund my credit card even though I paid for my tickets from this account.
But still I am awaiting my money. My friends received their money immediately in October but not me. I have sent her my current account details.
This makes me think she maybe took my money for herself.
I am deeply disappointed in this customer service.
I don't know what else to do.

ILula Bus service

I have booked ILula bus from Paarl to Queenstown on 02 February 2022 - The bus should have departed in Paarl from 19:50 on 03 February 2022 arriving at Queenstown at 06:50 on 04 February. Bus delayed with with no communication whatsoever. only at 21:30 a lady Selinah Yobile called us informing us we should be on the lookout for a different bus as Ilula is no longer coming when asked why and when is the other one coming she hang up. This different dodgy bus arrived at 22:30, it was disgusting, filthy, wet seats just not in a condition to carry people. we tried calling again she did not pick up. bus departed at 23:00 at night. during our journey we were trying to communicate with the driver, however he did not look like he understood English as he was not responding to anyone (Foreign man like Zimbabwian) this morning traffic official stropped the bus and took it to the roadworthy Centre where it failed the tests and License disc was fake officials removed it. people are stranded there as no one is communicating from Ilula, I tried reaching Selinah again this morning to check how are they going to assist the passengers. she was very rude telling me if I am not the passenger then I should not be asking her questions and I informed her I am the one booked the ticket with my details but she hung up on me. This proves their negligence and after so many road accidents in the past month they still send bus like this to carry innocent people. Please urgently attend to this matter, this bus has to be taken out of your site as they lack professionalism, poor customer services and most important have no value for human life - worst could have happened but thanks to the traffic officials who attended to this.

I am so dissapointed with computicket, i will never purchase anything ever again two weeks in a row, first it was muizenberg checkers last thursday left that booking fully paid because of poor service and unable to change location tellers rushing home .Yesterday i decided to go to the constatia checkers hoping to come right only to be further dissapointed, clerks admin telling me that my ticket for intercape is *Unconfirmed*fully paid money went out of my account..left without any ticket in hand, was told a regional manager was dealing with it ...has the shoprite brand now become a new age pick pocketer ?huh

I booked a bus ticket yesterday online but I didn't get a confirmation and fund's went off my account as per Intercape they advised that the ticket was cancelled by computicket which I don't know why they would do that, I have send them pop and requested for my fund's to be reversed immediately but Nomfundo who I was told she's a team leader she just told me that she will get back to me after a meeting she need's to understand, clearly my complaint to her isn't important and the sad part is that I was meant to go for an interview but because of the poor and filthy service I'm getting from Nomfundo and her team it means I not be attending an interview ...your service is very poor and pathetic!
