I have been trying to cancel these fraudulent billings since my mother has passed and no longer in need of this service. The first attempt was on February 10th and I received a voicemail back with a different number to call. I called the number provided and was told that the unit needed to be returned in order to cancel the billing. I requested an address to either drop off the unit or mail it certified receipt. I was told that can’t be provided as a representative had to schedule a pickup. I was told that they would contact us in 24 or 48 hours to schedule the pickup. I asked for the phone to call, but was told that can’t be provided as well. To say the least, we have not received a call from the representative to pick up the device, and we have since tried several times to request the return. The last time, I requested a copy of the email that was being sent to the department that handles the pickup process. I was told this was an internal email and therefore I as an outsider could not be copied. I also asked if I could have the email contact, but again told that was not the procedure and could not be given out. This is a scam against the elderly. Our next step is a certified letter to the billing department saying there is no legal contract nor are we using the device as the personal. Is no longer alive, along with copying our legal representative. This should not be happening, and I would never use this company or recommend them to an elder.
Recommendation: Never
