We performed work for Conrex property management back in September. We had several discussions around work performed. We submitted an invoice and they kicked it back on November 16th. It was then resubmitted November 21st. Our contract states a 30 day net otherwise it is a breach of contract. We have not received any payment or communication from them after several attempts.
Desired outcome: They need to pay the bill in full and penalties for violating our agreement.
