In May of 2020 our air conditioning did not work. Maintenance came out but they did not properly insulate the attic. Dec 2020 a tree fell on our house. The damages that were fixed was only the damages seen. In March of 2021 we noticed black mold spots showing up on the bathroom ceiling. They sent maintenance out to clean it and said it was just a condensation issue due to the attic not being properly insulated. Nobody ever came back to insulate the ceiling and the mold became worst. November 2022 the tenant was going to the doctor every other week. We called conrex and they sent out a cleaning service who advised them that there was a branch stuck inside the top of the roof and the mold was so bad in several areas of the house that they had to remove the ceiling. Conrex sent out somebody who removed the branch however patched it with a thin tarp until ceiling was fixed. For 2 months we went without a ceiling in the bathroom and a closet. On Jan 8 2023 a bad storm came through and it rained inside the through the tarp and damaged a lot of stuff in one bedroom. Conrex came out to finally put up the ceiling and fix the roof, however we still have black mold on the walls and cabinets! And of course they did not cover the expenses for any of the damages of the personal items caused due to their negligence. Instead they had somebody come out requesting to inspect the house in order to put the property up for sale. The lady cancelled and chose a date that was fitting for her and did not even communicate with a date that worked with us. We missed work and all and the lady did not even show up. Last week on March 29, 2023 we called about a plumbing issue that had been happening over a month. They had somebody call us and again they couldn't come when we were available. Conrex policy states that 100 would be charged for same day cancellations. The appointment was cancelled a day prior. However when the rent came out, they added a $100 charge for same day cancellation and $150 additional fee for reason unknown. When we brought up the policy which is on their maintenance website, they refused to rectify and instead put a notice on our door on 4/4/23 dated 3/31/23 about missing an inspection in which the lady did not come. Conrex has been the worst renters we have experienced by far. Due to mold health declined. Can't even be in my own house without getting sick
Desired outcome: Refund, rectify damages cause by you alls negligence, stop harassing us in retaliation, allow us to move and pay for the cost, give us our deposit back
