I scheduled (in October, 2024) my HVAC tune-up with Constellation Home for December 30, 2024 between 7:30 am to 12:00 pm window and received an email about my appointment on December 29. At 8:08 am on December 30, 2024 I received a text message from Constellation Home stating that I would be next and the technician would call me before he arrived. However, I waited until 2:00 pm and neither the technician assigned nor the Constellation Home company called me or updated me on the status of his arrival. The result was no show without any information. Constellation Home has become a very unreliable company and I am currently reviewing whether it’s worth it to keep my service plan with them. It used to BGE Home and their services were much better.
Recommendation: Do not rely on their appointment schedules
