Construction Pipeline - Christopher James Galpin - online scammer, online stalker, and harasser
This is Christopher James Galpin. But he uses many fake names like "Jake" and "James". We also uploaded a photo of his Bumble Profile where he is using the fake name "Jake" just to prove that he often uses fake names. He's an online scammer who scammed about 30 people between the ages of 30 and 40 out of $6000 on a city utility services contract. He wa...

credit card scams
THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM!
Watch out Construction Pipeline is running a credit card scam! They will charge you when you never authorize it. We had to report the charge as fraud! I called and this person "Jay who answers the phone will say his is the owner but the stat records show different. Jay is rude and completely unprofessional. Kenneth (Ken) Rice is the president working out of some house in Vancouver, WA. Please block their phone number.
Watch out Construction Pipeline is a total scam. Don't do any business with them. They are into credit card fraud.
High pressure sales
Over the last several years I have received numerous calls from high pressure sales personnel from this company. At one point I notified them that I was on the "do not call list", I also filed a complaint against them. Each time they call, they pretend to not know of such a registry and that it is the first time they have called. The owner tried to slam me for complaining about there calls and said I should have spoke to him first. Again, today, I receive yet another call from the most obnoxious sales person. If this is there interaction trying to push their product, I would hate to deal with the rest of the company. Make sure you review this company first, there are a ton of bad reviews about this company.
Refund
I've been getting leads from this company for several months and overall most of the leads have been good; but in May I received a lead and called the general. The lead seemed good as the general set an appointment with me to come out and do a job walk. I went out and met with the general and gave him a bid on the job. Apparently I had the best bid because a couple days later the general called me back and had me come out and start the job 4 days later. I get out there and got to tearing out the drywall, as we were adding on a new room to the house however when we got the drywall down we saw that the interior framing was completely rotted wood. After investigating there were major structural issues with the entire side of the house. The gc had to go down to the city and the house was marked as a historic home so then I was told it was going to take a couple of months to actually get in there to do the work because the gc had to run applications with the historic society and get them approved before the work continued.
So I called construction Pipeline about the lead and they refused to refund me the charges even though the job got held up for a long period of time. To me this just doesn't seem right!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Unathorized deductions from your account
DO NOT ever do any business with CONSTRUCTION PIPELINE, they sell construction leads to contractors, Most of their leads are repeated leads, you will most likely pay a high price for the leads. They will deduct monies from your account without your approval and once you complain they will not re-reimburse you right away. It took 2 months for me to get my money back. Once I finally received my money back they deducted another payment from my account again. I had to change accounts so that this company would not deduct money from my account again without my approval. The people that work there are shady and they are really thief's. This is not the way of doing business. FRAUDULENT COMPANY, DO NOT INVOLVE YOURSELF.
