1)Don't deal with Consumers Kitchens and baths. After 12 weeks we are still waiting for cabinets that were promised to be in 1 to 2 months ago.
2)Found out that Consumers kitchens and bath ordered a different cabinet color and wood than on the signed sales order and they refused to correct the problem.This was before the cabinets were manufactured and 6 weeks before the order was completed. Reached a settlement with the store manager only to have it rejected by the sales manager Joe Esposito.
Company does not care about customer service or satisfaction. They do not return phone calls or call back when they tell you that they will. I do not recommend that you use this company.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
