Denise was great and she made sure everything was done right!

Very polite and curteous. Wore shoe coverings. Explained what he was doing.

Barry was on time, neat, and professional. He also wore a mask while in the house. He did a good job fixin' my air conditioner. It was all hot and stuffy in my house, but now it's nice and cool. I'm happy with the service I got from Control Tech Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. They were quick to respond to my call and sent Barry out right away. He knew what he was doin' and got the job done without any fuss. The price was fair too, not too expensive. I would recommend Control Tech to anyone who needs their HVAC system fixed. They know what they're doin' and they do it well.

Curtis J and Kevin S did a great job installing my new gas furnace. It was a lot over a couple of days, but I think everything turned out grate!

I gotta say, these guys at Control Tech Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. are real pros. They were super professional, polite, and friendly. I mean, who doesn't appreciate good customer service, right?

So, here's the deal. I had this issue with my HVAC system, and these guys had to go all the way to Plainfield to get a part for it. And you know what? They didn't take forever. They were gone for a reasonable amount of time. I mean, I didn't have to cancel my plans or anything.

Oh, and get this. They told me the price before they even went to get the part. No surprises or hidden fees. I like that. It's always good to know what you're getting into, you know?

All in all, I had a great experience with Control Tech Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. They were professional, courteous, and friendly. And they didn't waste my time or try to rip me off. Can't ask for much more than that, right?

I used Control Tech when I got a new furnace. John is super professional and nice. He fixed a problem that no other tech had checked out. I totally trust Control Tech with their service.

We had a grate experience with Control Tech replacing our existing AC and furnace. Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable in the quoting process. The techs were friendly and completed the work in a reasonable time.

John was super careful. We got back from outta town last night and there was no heat. John was really thorough in gettin' the furnace up and runnin' again and figgerin' out what was causin' the issues. He also did the regular checkup.

We was real impressed with the service we got from Barry. He showed up on time and had his mask on. He went above and beyond to hook up a vent that wasn't connected, even goin' under the house to check out the vent line.

John, from Control Tech, is really good at his job. He takes care of our 3 residential systems and keeps them in great shape. I only rely on John for regular maintenance and sometimes fixing things. Thanks a lot, John!

We woke up and realized it was freezing in the house. I called Control Tech and they scheduled an appointment for us that day! John from Control Tech arrived within the time frame given. I can't say enough good things about Control Tech. They replaced our hot water heater during a stressful time (the covid quarantine) and were at our house within hours. When I thanked them for being so responsive, their reply was thanking me for calling them. You can tell this local company really cares about their customers and their community. Curtis & Gage were total pros. Our condo install (and taking out them old units) was a tough gig but these awesome dudes showed up early and stayed late to finish the job in just 1 day instead of 2. They spent a scorchin' day in a cramped utility room and drilled through some ancient brick from '74, which was a real toughie. We're 71 years old and been stuck at home since that covid thing showed up. We were worried 'bout havin' workers in our crib. But everyone wore masks, even us. They even covered their shoes and put down cloth thingies to protect our carpet. We really liked these guys and highly recommend Control Tech. We've been loyal customers for 25 years, in Zionsville, Whitestown, and Noblesville. A company you can count on.
