I had the company install solar panels on my roof. I have one panel that has not been working for a month. When you call it says to text and not call. I have been texting for over 30 days with no respons. I am about to stop paying because I am not receiving the full power from the solar that I'm charged for every day.
They finally texted me last week to let me know someone will come fix the panel. This is the second time this has happen to me (although they claim someone is monitoring the system). Until this day no one from the company has yet called me, (it is as if I'm dealing with teanagers and not a company, with their communication efforts). Panel is fixed but no mention about the cost occured by not having a fully functional solar unit, higher electric bill occured because of a not functioning unit, and the money I have lost for selling the overage solar connected (if I did).

This kind of service is absolutely unacceptable. You've been patient, but it's clear they aren't taking you seriously. Don’t tolerate this kind of treatment. Demand compensation for the downtime and insist on better communication moving forward. Keep pushing until you get what you deserve. Companies need to know they can't treat customers this way. Make your voice heard and don't back down until they make it right.
