Rob W arrived on time and was wearing appropriate COVID precautionary equipment. He listened to my explanation of what we were experiencing, then got busy checking the system. Rob ensured the drain line was properly clean and draining then tested the system and found a leak in the coil. He explained that it was covered under warranty and then placed the order for the part and contacted the dispatch office to schedule the maintenance appointment. He informed me that the visit and repair visit were covered and would not be billed. Rob was a true professional and I highly recommend him and Cornerstone Pros.

James R. was dispatched on a recall. After evaluating the problem, he gave me compelling reasons why my problem was not related to a previous repair. His investigation indicated that I had a faulty water meter and was not related to the previous water pipe repair. As a result, City of Tampa Utilities will be here tomorrow to install a new water meter.
James is very knowledgeable, professional, attentive, understanding of my frustration and best of all, he was determined, regardless of the time required, to determine the cause of the problem. James and Cornerstone Pros deserve and merit my highest recommendation.

Ted provides an estimate for work. He was polite and professional. Took pictures of the areas to be worked on and provided prompt, emailed estimates.
They are absolutely the best for AC plumbing electrical. Have been with them several years and the service has always been the best. Highly recommend the platinum program as it will save you money. Have received estimates from other companies and they don't match up to Cornerstone's total package. Would recommend them over any company even if more expensive. You get what you pay for.
It turned out our toilet had unstopped itself by the time I called for help. I showed Patrick some water damage around the shower and he said it needed caulking. He called his manager to get a price, since he really didn't have to do anything with the toilet and I was pleased with the price. Patrick did a nice job and pleased with the responsiveness of Cornerstone.
Sean G fixed our AC problem and was helpful and clearly knowledgeable. He also pointed out some improvements we could make to our system with no "hard sell" tactics. I appreciated the fact that he wore a mask and we found him a delight to deal with. We have used Cornerstone since we moved to Tampa and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Made an inspection and quickly found the problem. While the fix was being made, he suggested
putting a surge protector on the unit. Made complete sense, since this high ticket A/C unit is
subject to brownouts, lightning strikes, etc. It was like insuring my car against further damage.
No other previous A/C tech from other companies ever even suggested this inexpensive option.
As a longtime Cornerstone customer, they are there to help for the long haul. Not just in and out.

Michael was patient with my husband's questions. He assessed and took care of the problem quickly. He is one of three service techs who have been here over the years, and I have been pleased with all of them. The first one came out after I desperately called Cornerstone when another local company made two failed trips, and tried to up sell me on a new unit. Well, your tech, whose name I wish I could remember, found the problem that was so obvious that I think the other guy was hoping to come back and charge me for another visit. Needless to say, I will never hire that other company again. I plan to be contacting y'all again for some of your other services.

1. "Ian" deserves a raise and accolades. This guy impressed us (and we are picky). 2. Ian was on time and called an hour before to ask if it was okay with us if he arrived at 8:35am. 3. Ian wore his mask and booties like a Champion. Never once complained about that. Happy to comply. 4. Ian was thorough. I can't overstate this point. Above and beyond. 5. Ian is an attentive listener. And smart! 6. Ian explained every single thing to us in a comprehensive manner. 7. Ian is efficient. 8. Ian is thoughtful and personable. 9. Please ask Ian to service our A/C for all future maintenance. 10. The only question we had that Ian could not fully answer was "How do we have our thermostat moved?" He has not ever seen this kind of work done.

Being without A/C In this season on top of our pandemic is certainly stressful. Matt was kind understanding and helpful in the decision making process of purchasing a new unit. I am a senior citizen and live alone in this uneasy time. Matt was Both kind and patient with me as we went through this process over the past five or six days.

I was disappointed when I called on a Saturday 6/27 for my broken AC. We purchased it less than a year prior from Cornerstone. They were unable to schedule us for a service call until 4 days later. This occurred when the temperatures were reaching 90 and I could not be without AC for that long. We paid for another company to come out and fix the unit which was still under the warranty with Cornerstone. We kept the service call appointment with Cornerstone to ensure the AC was functioning correctly. Brian was very knowledgeable, professional and provided information about the device. I appreciate the service provided on 7/1, however I would have preferred to receive support when the AC broke instead of having to find and use another company.

My neighbor was with Devin P for the duration of the call and explained to me in detail what was happening. This was a recall from a regular service call for our heating and air conditioning unit yesterday when another technician reported that there was no power to the thermostat. He was unable to fix the problem. This morning however Devin P fixed the problem and had the unit up and running in a very few minutes. Devin serviced the unit and replaced the capacitator which he said was badly rusted and liable to fail. I was very impressed with Devin. He explained in detail to my neighbor what he was doing and also answered a few questions from me. Thank you Devin

Had a bad repair on backflow protector from a NON-Cornerstone plumber which went from a drip to a fountain. Called Cornerstone Pros and apologized for calling on Saturday but were concerned about backflow protector failing and being without mains water. Was put through to CP customer service agent who took details and decided it should not wait until Monday. Mark came within the hour fixed the issue and tested it unlike the previous plumber! He also warned us the thread on the nut looked damaged and his repair may not last. He said he would note that in his report and advised us if we had concerns to call back to CP main number. Mark was the consummate professional and sent us an email and description of his work and the bill before he left the premises.

We just love Sean
We just love Sean. What a nice, professional, courteous young man--a real asset to your company. Recently over the past few weeks, we noticed a funny sound coming from our unit. We were very pleased that we were able to get Sean as he helped us in the past. He was most competent in checking all parts of our unit. He even showed us how to remove the filter, wash it, and put it back in. We will highly recommend Cornerstone to any of our friends for the great product you offer and exceptional service. Sean took the time to explain why our fan never shuts off with the reason being we didn't know to keep it on auto. My only regret was that I didn't offer Sean a cold bottle of water when he left as I was busy with someone else. Even my new husband is so impressed with Sean. Thank you for helping us with our needs. We are more than happy with the service you have provided.

Thank you. The service I received from your tech Josh S. was very professional. He was courteous and kind. He preformed all services following all cdc guidance and took the time to explain everything to me including recommendations.
There was some confusion with the appointment time and phones but that should not reflect on his service. He did a great job.
If I had to rate the company as a whole, it could be better. I had to make the appointment a month in advance and communication with the office was not up to par. Everytime the office called me, my phone didn't ring. I checked my phone with other people calling me and it wasn't my phone not ringing. There was something definitely wrong with your system. Also, the service tracker was saying that the tech had arrived but also saying he was in another location at the same time. People I spoke with in the office were courteous and understanding but didn't expect it to be such a fiasco. I do appreciate it being made right as I was about to lose my appointment and would've had to reschedule for a later date. I hope you get all the links worked out with the system. I would probably use your company in the future. Thank you again.

Great work
Great work. Good techs. Not real good on communication. Charged me (originally) $222 extra labor to install a blower motor module that came with and was already installed on the blower motor that I had replaced. Parts were under warranty, but labor is extra. Thankfully, I know what a blower motor module is and saw it installed on the new motor when the box was opened. Had I not known that, I would've been overcharged $222. I complained to the tech. He called the office. They were nice enough to reduce the amount they charged my CC by $172, thereby making a $50 profit on labor not needed or performed. They did that before e-mailing me the new, revised invoice as they drove down the street. So, they still cheated me, just not as much as they tried to originally. I have a copy of the original invoice itemizing the charges as well as the revised invoice if anyone doubts it. They sold and installed the new A/C unit to me a few years ago. Additionally, I am a Cornerstone Pro Gold Member and subscribe to their maintenance contract. We'll see what their response is before I discontinue the contract. It was very slick. Be beware of dishonesty. You can't manage what you don't supervise.

I am so happy to have found Cornerstone
I am so happy to have found Cornerstone. About 10 months ago my water heater tank broke and I had called different places to get estimates. Most places were trying to sell me fancy equipment that in reality it is not needed unless you are bored with your money and don't know what to spend it on and that is not the case with me as every penny counts. Nevertheless when Cornerstone arrived at my house the young man was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and sensible to my financial needs. Up until now I've had not had any issues with the tank until today when I went to the garage there's was water all over the floor. I quickly called Cornerstone and they mentioned they would have someone come and check. The technicians came by again extremely professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and the best part he knew exactly what the issue was corrected it in less than 10 minutes at no charge. I also mentioned another issue I am having with my bathroom sinks and he quickly knew what it was wrote up an estimate and I will now call to schedule the service and Cornerstone always had discounts going on. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CORNERSTONE FOR YOUR PLUMBING THEY ALSO DO ELECTRICAL WORK. THANK YOU CORNERSTONE FOR BEING TRUSTWORTHY GOD BLESS!

Brian was great!
Brian was great! He was very personable, professional, patient and protected with a mask and shoe coverings. He explained all the details to somebody with an engineering degree and has tons of questions. My issue was on my AC drain line that seemed to keep backing up and tripping the float switch, shutting off the AC. I spent the previous night getting up through the night and sucking the drain line outside with my shop vac. Brian assessed the situation and proposed a reasonable and simple solution to change out the plumbing From my drain pan to the drain line inserting a nifty clean out valve for future servicing. During the process, Brian also discussed the different maintenance packages Cornerstone offers at my request. He was never a pushy sales person just offering options for future maintenance. We struggled getting our AC guy who installed the unit just a few years earlier to come out and perform annual service. We signed up for the gold program ($15 per month or $180 per year) which pays for itself with two annual AC maintenance checks as well as annual plumbing and electrical checks. I perceive this as peace of mind as well as along with the service and discounts as an added bonus. While I am pretty handy and do most of my own home maintenance, having certified professionals review the systems in my 70s built house was a no brainer. Ultimately, Brian did have to return and modify further the drain line plumbing replacing more of the old drainage issue where there was a second trap in the line causing the water to drain slowly and back up into the float switch - shutting off the unit. He snaked the old line all the way out to the P-trap outside and flushed it. There was no charge for the second visit and no questioning. It was GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE by Brian and Cornerstone Pros on top of the table-stakes expectation of resolving my issue. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cornerstone Pros to my family and friends and you!

As customers at this address for approx. 10 years I have only compliments to the technicians. This year for the first time I've had trouble with their service. I felt I was overcharged for the change out of 10 smoke detectors. I PROVIDED the 10 year lithium battery replacement smoke detectors. Since the old detectors were buzzing continuously, my dogs were at dog care because of the noise and it was late Friday afternoon after 3 days of buzzing I agreed to their "canned" price of $699.00. The technician took less than one hour to replace units. When I called on Monday for some adjustment of pricing the circus started. At this time they have agreed to a price adjustment but it's funny no one has told me how to get it. They will not credit my credit card even though I am a Gold member and they have my card on file for the monthly payments. They also have my email address, my text info. I explained to them my phone service was not consistent. So of course they contacted me per phone which did not come through and since I didn't call back no adjustment was made. Since then I called to have a replacement electrical receptacle put in for a new dryer. They said they could do the receptacle but could not do the new replacement electrical cord ( I provided ) for the dryer because it was an appliance. Even though I was a Gold member for electric I had to call another electrical service for the replacement outlet and dryer cord. With the Gold membership they are to check your A/C unit twice a year which is included in the monthly fee. When I called to see why it was overdue and it should be done they could not come out until Oct. 10. This is five months late for my bi-annual service. So in essence I was really only getting an annual check-up for my A/C systems but paid for bi-annual. In the past I was very happy with their service. I now feel their fees are higher than others, service and fees are "canned" from the front office and as a customer I feel they are polite, use the phrase "I'm sorry" a lot but don't go the quarter mile extra to resolve issues and provide service. I have cancelled my Gold Membership and have found delightful and more fairly priced replacement service providers.

I called to schedule a service call, I was told they had an opening this afternoon or Monday, I asked for today between 12-6. The technician knocked at 10:30. A welcome and great surprise. The tech informed me his plan and when done he would get back to me. He did that and I was very satisfied with cornerstone and their tech Chris for his professionalism and friendliness.
