Hello, I have a a major complaint! I never ordered Cosmopolitan Magazine and and keep getting it in the mail! I am not paying for it. They can keep sending it, but it will not be paid for! I don't kow what is going on, but it better stop. I will take further action if it is not stopped. Thank you.

I have tried contacting Customer Service, but their website will not allow you to do so. It is very sneaky.

My name is Mary Ann Scardigno, 604 Pennsylvania Avenue, Bangor, PA 18013.

Please help me with this problem! Thank you.

Sincerely, Mary Ann

There should be something in one of the first pages about how to reach subscription services. If you didn't order it, I'm not sure how you would have started receiving it but if you just tell them you don't want it, maybe they'll be able to help.

Just a word of advice, never post your address or full name on the internet. Ever. I suggest you remove it.

I have had the same experience, I started receiving Cosmopolitan magazine 3 months ago, first one I thought was just a tease, then noticed that the address label shows that the subscription is through 4/2021. They have not billed me, so not sure where or how I got this subscription.

I am also getting this magazine without ordering it, and am upset because I don't want it! I never ordered the magazine and do not wish to. I wonder if banks or credit cards are selling my contact information to such magazines. Please stop sending me these unwanted Cosmopolitan magazines.

I also just received 2 Cosmo mags without ordering it. It has my full name and address on there. I don't read magazines anymore and haven't since I was 17. I tried calling today but low and behold yall aren't open. IDk why I'm being sent these magazines, but I certainly don't want them. I will also not pay for them since I have never authorized payment. Please resolve this issue asap. Thank you

Hi. Since last month I have been receiving four subscriptions of magizines that I have never placed an order for even one. I don’t know why I’m receiving them and better not be getting a future bill for them. Who ordered them if I didn’t. ? I’m puzzled and worried. I don’t want a bill, I won’t pay the bills for four different magizines that I didn’t ordered. How do we find out who or why I’m getting them in the first place?

I am also getting the cosmopolitan magazine, they started sending it in October and it says that the subscription is for 4 years and is paid. I have no idea why what is going on, and from where they got the money, it bothers me, I don’t spend my money buying magazines, I have no time to read them, they all go in the trash

I have also received 3 that I have not subscribed for at all, I know I haven't. I wouldn't waste money on a magazine, I'm in poverty as it is.

Texas here! I received 2 issues before e-mailing my cancellation. I could not find a phone number to call. Yesterday I received #3. I went back to the web page and it shows that my subscription has been suspended. It also says that it was a gift and is paid thru 2022. Nothing is FREE! I will be checking all of my accounts carefully every month to see when the bogus bill arrives!

NC here. I wrote and called several times in the past 6 months. I am STILL getting this crap! I HATE cosmo magazine! Even when I was in my teens and 20's I hated it and NEVER would I buy it or even remotely express interest in it.
My sister thinks it is a drug-cover operation like all the crazy (and empty) mattress stores. Money laundering?
Well, it's pissing me off for a whole week once a month. I already have something else that does that for me and it's free. -Hater of creepy Cosmo in NC

I’ve been telling people Mattress stores are a drug front for years! LOL.. great minds... I’m getting cosmo too so an very obviously it’s a scam... I’m wondering if cancelling is how they track and identify you also... I’m planning on wait and see as no charges yet.

I just got an email thanking me for subscribing to their digital edition. I never subscribed to their digital edition. As far as I can tell, I've not been billed anything. If I'm billed, I'll refuse the charge.

Have been receiving cosmo for months and have no idea why. Seeing all these posts, I guess Cosmo likes wasting their money.

As long as they don’t make me pay. I don’t care. Luckily I don’t see any comments about them trying to send a bill or anything

I just received the magazine and it showed one year subscription until 2022. I read one of the review saying there’s a contact number on their first few pages. That is correct. It is the cosmopolitan info page. Bottom right is number and email etc. I called it. Ask them what is going on without saying the details. He seemed to know right away about my unwanted subscription. Then he told me i subscribed about 2 months ago from some third party online loyalty rewards company. I never do those shady stuff so I think this whole thing is a scam. He gave me the number to the third party and said that they cannot cancel and only the third party can. I insisted to talk to their manager instead. He forward me to her. She told me I will get 1-2 more months then it will be canceled. (Thought they couldn’t cancel...hmm) . If I receive after 2 months I’m calling back to complain. Make sure you block your number when you call. Don’t give any more personal info than they have already. She also said it’s a free one yr subscription from the third party. Yea sure... like companies love sending out free subscriptions for no reason. What I think this is all about: you may have subscribed to cosmo or some magazine years or decades ago. They have your info on file even after you move. They will find the new address. It’s not hard to track those info for these companies. They send out these free subscriptions to lure you back into subscribing again. They’re losing subscribers because everyone can get it for free or cheaper online. The only ones getting the paper version are doctors office or businesses lol. Hope this info helps and good luck.

I just received Cosmopolitan magazine today too. This seems like it should be illegal, but of course nothing will be done about it.

I started receiving these a couple months ago. I’ve never been charged so I don’t care other than to feel bad for trees wasted since I don’t even look at them, they go straight from my mailbox to the recycling. I don’t even glance at the cover. It seems like they are wasting money doing this.
