I ordered a XL sweatshirt from an online company called Cotosen, which promised a quality product. I received a small sweatshirt made with inferior quality material. I emailed them 4 times over 4 weeks asking for return/refund information using the customer service link on their website and received no acknowledgment. On my 5th email to them, I said I would go to the Better Business Bureau if I did not hear from them. The company gave me the following return address:

The package was sent to me from an address in Hawthorne, California. When dealing with returns online with reputable companies, I am usually provided with return shipping labels and an expedient return process. I did not receive anything from Cotosen other than the return address information. Needless to say I was not comfortable returning the item to China with the hope of getting a refund.
I am writing this complaint to warn other consumers of this company's shoddy online sales practices and to stick with large established and reputable retail businesses.
Desired outcome: Any information about Cotosen you may have in your files
Same experience. Sent products that DID not look like the pictures. Wrong sizes, colors and imprint. Would not send return address label or refund money. AVOID!
