The pricing on some things are a tad high but I believe you get what you pay for and with this site you're going to get quality. I would and will definitely buy from them again in the future.

The customer service is always nice and helpful and besides the email confirmations, if for whatever reason something is delayed, they have always called me to let me know and in some cases offered substitutes or discounts to keep the order instead of cancelling it because of the delay.

I ordered a Saunders Cabinet from Country Door 10/23/23.
When I began to assemble, I found that it had been packed at he factory incorrectly?I received two left sides and no right.
I called and visited with Crystal at Country Door Customer Service.
She placed a part order on my behalf and I received the correct part within one week!
I was very impressed. I assembled the cabinet with all wood dowels and wood glue. It is fabulous?.no wiggles?beautiful.
Great Experience
I ordered the mixing bowls from Country Door and they arrived broken. They are gorgeous so I was very disappointed. I sent an email to them about receiving the broken bowls. They could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I was told I would soon receive a label for the return shipping. This morning my account was refunded for the bowls and I have not yet returned them. I am extremely happy with the customer service at Country Door and will be shopping their website today.

Disgusted Consumer
I purchased a carved floral chest and waited 6 weeks for it. It was very heavy. It took a lot to get it in my home and to unbox it and get wrapping off.
Unfortunately, the vendor Country Door partners with has no quality control. This chest has two doors that when closed have a half inch gap all the way the length of doors. The left door was stuck shut and took several attempts to get it open. Once it was open it would not shut again, it kept pooping open. Something was wrong with mechanism used to secure doors shut. The color was much darker than pictures and did not have the variation shown in picture. There were other minor flaws I could have lived with, but the major flaws made it impossible to keep. Then the fact that this was sent out in this defective condition, the repacking fell on me. Country Door does not. Work with a freight company to deliver furniture. A freight company will pick up and repackage for return. Country Door only uses Fed Ex and they will not repack furniture. The box had to be cut to get chest out due to heavy weight and size. The only other option was to donate it to charity and get a letter on letterhead that I donated it. Charities in my area only give a receipt for taxes. They do not write letters. So I am left to figure out how to get this in box. I am a 60 year old widow in the middle of moving my father who has dementia from another state. I do not have time for any of this and feel very frustrated I ordered from a company that allows vendors to send items out that are defective. I looked to see if there were reviews yet as there were none when I purchased. There is one review now, also one star for same reasons. Disgusted by the lack of help and acknowledgement that customers should not be inconvenienced, have to purchase materials to return a defective item. It should have never been sent out. Do not buy furniture from this company unless you have hours to waste.

This would prevent customers from making payments. Upon trying to simply reset the password you instead would get sent on an endless loop and eventually have to call customer service to spend hours on the phone with people who are not prepared nor qualified to help fix the issue. Then you get to talk to the credit department about late fee's. This company is a joke and a waste of time. I called to request the late fee's be taken off due to website technical difficulties. I spoke to "Joe" who said he was only authorized to identify himself with his first name. He then said "well I see you had a late fee in 2013"... I abruptly cut him off... I said so because I got a late fee 6 years ago I am a bad customer and your company will not take responsibility for its website issues and instead wishes to rip off customers? I was then put on hold so he could speak with a supervisor "Alicia". Alicia would not remove a $10 late fee. So I asked "Joe" if he knew of all the bad reviews online about the company? Is $10 worth loosing a client? He then put me on hold to speak to another supervisor, "Katie". After waiting for "Katie" she advised me there was nothing she could do as she has to go off of prior supervisors notes. So, I asked what the point of being transferred over was. She did not have an answer for me. I advised her she was losing a client for the company, that I would be posting bad reviews... writing a letter to the CEO... and do you know what her response was? "The lines are being recorded". Due to the fact that I had remained professional the entire time, recorded the call myself, and took detailed notes, I confidently responded I was ok with that as I had the same information. I have been calling and trying to make a payment on my account. Last time they changed my address on my account and it took an act of God to get it changed back to my correct address. NOW for some reason tonight I tried to call to simply make a payment on my account and I was told that the phone number I was providing was incorrect. I gave them my home and cell number. The only phone numbers I have ever used since opening this account. I even provided my social security number and birth date. They kept hanging up on me and refused to allow me to simply pay on my account. The payment is due tomorrow. They dont listen and they keep changing my information for no reason. I dont understand and now I cant have access to an account that I'm responsible for. And they constantly hang up in my face for their mistake. They refuse to fix the phone number on file. And won't even let me simply pay on the account.

I have ordered an item from this website www.countrydoor.com and it took a long time to get my order. When I opened the package I saw that it was not what I paid for. I received the wrong item.
I immediately contacted CountryDoor customer care service and they promised to refund me. They said that my item was no longer in stock and that I was sent the wrong item by mistake.
Later I got the money back, but they kept $20! Tried to contact them but they did not reply. This is scam, do not buy anything from CountryDoor!
I never received my order
I ordered some decorations and kitchen appliances from the website www.countrydoor.com. The seller delivered it on time, but he mixed it and sent completely different things. I contacted him and told to change it or to return money. He offered to send the wrong order back and he would send mine. But after I sent the wrong order back, the seller stopped to communicate with me and I never received my order. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. SCAM
Be aware of “Clearance Sales” SCAM by countrydoor.com. They send your order to a store (a distributor) and they do send your credit card number along. On the day my payment was to go through, I called to confirm delivery. Well, no delivery! The order has been cancelled. The excuse: well, we are out of the items. Well, guess who has my money??? Just glad I was able to block the transaction.
