I have been trying to cancel this subscription forever to no avail. Can someone help send me the link to the website? For more than 6 months now, they have been charging me 23.85 dollars. I never subscribed for it intentionally, and I have been struggling to stop it. I need help on how to navigate to the exact website. Googling BLD*coverletternow.com doesn’t help in sending me to anything I can recognize. This is pure fraud to me.

I signed up for a 14 day trial on December 15, 2022 assuming I would be notified prior to being charged again. I was not and was charged $23.85 on December 29, 2022. After canceling my subscription, I contacted the company asking for a refund because their website says they have a money back guarantee. I was then informed in a lengthy email that the money back guarantee only applies for 14 days, even though it doesn’t specify that on the website. When I expressed my frustration and said “thanks for the $11”, they replied back “you’re welcome” which is so snarky for a business.

I just so happened to look at my bank account and found out that I have been charged $23.85 for the past 6 months (3/8/22-7/27/22). I DID NOT sign up for any sort of a subscription, only a trial (or so I thought). I just called and they only agreed to give me a 3 month refund for something I didn't even sign up for. This is fraud and such a disappointment. DO NOT USE THIS SITE FOR YOUR COVER LETTER NEEDS...

This site is a scam. Even if you pay to use the product only once, they hide in the fine print of the terms and conditions that they will still continue to charge you monthly. The charges get higher every month. Even though I noticed just hours after the second month processed, they would only refund half of that monthly charge. Nothing for the first, even though I never used it more than the one time I paid for. If you have to hide charges in fine print and nowhere else, you are dishonest to the core.

I subscribed to Coverletter in June 2019 and then mistakenly forgot this subscription. Until recently, I found I was charged for two whole years for 19.9$ each month. I then contact them and asked to cancel my membership, the agent kept ignoring my words about canceling, and sending the advertisement, the new deal again and again, after I replied three times that I need a cancelation ASAP, he canceled my membership.

I had a similar experience with both Netflix and HBO, both got my inactivated months refund, but this time, the agent said I paid for the subscription, not usage, so there is no refund for all the money paid and got nothing.

This is definitely the most unsatisfied customer service and made no sense.

They said it would be a $7 monthly charge, then they charges $100. For the love of God dont use this site.

I requested help with a cover letter for an actress. They asked me several questions and they showed me how the letter would look. After I paid for 14 day trial, they sent me a generic cover letter form without my information. I contacted them regarding this problem, and they keep sending me the same generic letter. So, I cancelled the service and I'm waiting for them to return my money.

I also signed up for a one time charge. Now am being billed $19.95. I have also been charged monthly. They agreed to credit my account $19.95. I asked my subscription be canceled. Evidently I've been charged monthly also. I was given a credit of one $19.95 for this past month billing but never received a conformation if my cancellation of my subscription.

I paid for a service of a resume template one time. I don't recall the amount I was charged, but it was around $10. I now realize that I have been charged $19.95 every month for the past three years. I never signed up for a membership. When I spoke to someone regarding cancelling my "membership", she could only refund me 50% of a one-time payment. Their phone number is incorrect on their website. I was only able to get a working phone number through a chatline on their website. I am devastated at the amount of money I lost because of this ridiculous scam. The payments are as follows:

I want others to be aware of this terrible scam and for my money to be refunded please.

Im thoroughly upset. I paid to have the cover letter done back in January, and its August now! I've been charged 24.95 for 7 months! i could have sworn that I canceled the subscription as soon as I was done using it because I don't need a life long cover letter subscription. When I called, the most they apparently could do is give me half a months worth back... 12 freaking dollars... I had 50 to my name this week and they took half of it. Not to mention the hundreds since January! He said if I have the history from the cancellation that he could help more... But history is not kept that far back. I'm actually so upset right now. This company robs money from people, and I have to history of them in my email or anything, they just sneakily take your money. NOT OKAY!

I paid $2 for the template 2 years ago,
and there's not obvious notice that remind us that after free use we will subscribe automatically!
And without any inform information, any letter, any words,
Cover-Letter_Now, you charge me $39.8 per month, until today it's two years, total $950, without any information until I find out
how can you treat the costumer like this

Scam from out of country pay 4.95 for cover letter then changed me 24.95 a month for cover letter and 24.95 for resume service which I never used. They say you can opt out on site setting button on website. When you do only option is to upgrade account. They also say they send you emails explaining service and must opt out after 7 days. Searched my emails and the only ones from this company were when I complained on website in contact information then they emailed me. Totally unethical they service may work but why do you need this service monthly if you are an unemployed person. You would just make the cover letter and resume and be done. Just use microsoft software cheaper. This is also a foreign company. If you see a bold bold change on checking account or credit card this is this company. Also they is a.25 foreign transaction fee.

Purchased one template from these guys and paid about $2 for it. When I registered I also gave them my card number because I needed to pay for the template.
One month later I noticed a charge and found out that these guys from Cover-Letter-Now automatically signed me up for some kind of membership. I never agreed to anything and never wanted to become a member. They took about $20 from me without my permission. I contacted customer service and asked them to cancel my subscription. They did cancel it but said that they were not able to refund my money because it was against their policy or something like that.
Such a waste of money! Do not use this site!

I needed to write correct cover letter and decided to use the website www.cover-letter-now.com. There was such option, where they offered to write the cover letter completely for free. I decided to try and got the cover letter, but I haven’t noticed three grammatical mistakes. I went to the interview and it was awful, because the interviewer indicated to these mistakes. Be careful and check the grammar.
