CPS Payments review: Award Certification 116

I have received many letters from these clowns over the last two years. I've have also sent them letters telling them to quit sending me these letters. The letters keep coming. At one time I was told I had won the $20, 000 and sent them the $10 just to check them out. Never received the payment therefore they are a bunch of fraudsters. They need to be shut down .

I just got my letter today that i won20, 000.00dollar cps checked it out and decide to checked website out
at one time i was itold i have won 20, 000.00 and sent the 10 just to check them
out..

I also received last February 14th the same letter.
I cut the lower portion and sent it to them. However, I have not sent
them the $10 requested.
Please inform me if this is a scam or not so that I will not sent the $10 ASAP

I, m glad i didn, t sen them one dime. just receiving everyone, s feedback on this website i know this company is a scam? some body should report them to the FBI for money fraud. some people are having financial hardship. this is a way to deceive people one the deseparate for money.

I also received the same letter from CPS, Netherlands...I was ecstatic at first but when i checked it in the NET, boy my hunch was confirmed. Finally I am decided to not send my $10.00. Thank s guys for this warning...

This guy sucks. Robert Allen, Alias Bob Alison has a facebook account with his HYIP site which is www. futuretrails.com, also scam.
He uses his site to collect your confidential data AND some money in the first turn, and if you are proven to be able to pay anything and sells your data to additional spammers. I've read here that some guys are tracking them, so I wish you luck. Bob, enjoy jail time you [censor].

Why should anyone who is supposedly a "WINNER" have to pay any money to recieve it? Make no sense at all. SCAM SCAM SCAM and they prey on people in such a hard time. I wish they would save the trees and stop sending out garbage like this .. I've never entered anything to win so why? Its looks and sounds nice but they are CRAZY. Pease don't fall into thier SCAM so they can get rich... because you certianly are not ...

i received the same letter but i wondered why cps would try to contact me when i am a free lotto player...that got me thinking and asking friends views and they felt i should not respond.I decided to Google it and i found your comments.Thank you guys for posting your views because a am really broke and would have spent tuition fees on it.You saved me thank you.gofaone botswana

I received this letter showing that I hard recieved money from some company that I dont know and saying that I had won money, well am past that age but why not sue this company for emotional distress? can some one track this company or anything about it?

iv received i letter from the netherlands ..one of many...saying im going to have a huge lottery win..im to send £29.00..so i can receive my lottery numbers...the name of the person who says this is HELENA BRIGHT, , apently is a well known pysice...tis a load of cobblers...were do theses people get off, , it makes me angry...the adresse is POSTBUS, 369, , 3640 AJ Mijdrecht, , The Netherlands...hope this info will help some else..

The first letter I got, I figured I'd give it a try & sent $10, then got more letters asking for more $$, so I knew it was a scam. Is there any way to stop the letters coming in the mail? I get like 2 letters a month, & I'm just tired of finding it in my mail box. Is there any way to report them? or are these devils just unstoppable? I recently got scammed for $3, 000 for a car (I'm only 20 & at the time didn't even know there were scams like that), & my money which I had been saving for almost a year, working my butt off making min. wage. My money is gone, there's nothing I can do but pray, which I know God is helping me get back on my feet. I don't understand, if someone is wanted for drug dealing or something, police track them by internet & stuff, but these scammers can just get away w/ it just fine. They are ruining people's lives, after I got scammed I would've been homeless if my landlord wasn't so understanding. These people really need to be stopped!

My mother-in-law just got this very same letter. Thank goodness she showed it to me. I knew right away it was a scam. The old adage rings true..."If it sounds to good to be true..." At least this one has a return by date of Dec. 30, 2012.
Anyhoo...to ease her mind I googled it...and this is the 1st page to pop up in the list. I know she is hurtin for money, on SS...and the cost of everything has gone up except what she gets paid every month. She was soooo hopeful, now i get to be the bearer of bad news. But better that then her wasting the $10 on something that was never going to happen.

I received one of these letters today with a December 2012 deadline. They also sent a little trinket looks like a teddy bear or something you put on a chain. They must have upped their standards. Anyway, I may have been born at night but it sure wasn't last night. I just love the sound of the paper shredder and I don't wear cheap jewelry. Robert Allen have you ever lived in Nigeria?

Robert Allen is a down-right scammer and I must confess that I did send the fee requested as I was also a recipient of the cps payments letter. You know these people are able to get your personal information and even quote a cpsmucode and create such an envelope that seems so ligitimate, wow, I am impress. I only pray that Robert Allen and his associates will so be hunted down and cast into prison for their conniving behaviour. I recieved mine on the 1.6.2011 bearing two seals on it. This response is from Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies. Please to all out there, do not respond to these mail gangsters. Beware.

Just got my 20, 000$ award letter asking for 10$ cash! or money order ...(I say, let them take it out of the 20K ..LOL, but I know its a scam) ~ They also sent a gold colored Kuala charm .. .UNREAL .. (that was something special between me and my mother, the Kuala bear, so this really hit me hard and upset me bad. This one has a faintly printed quiz on the back that is totally absurd and I hope people search the web before sending anyone anything.
I am going to pursue action with my local TV stations and do what ever I can to expose this mess.
They even sent me an envelope that requires international postage addressed to :

Can't anyone do anything with this address and where the mail is being delivered and get the person picking this mail up ? What is up with that ? Is the whole country in on this scam ? Really makes you think why they can't and don't just swoop in and catch these people !
I totally believe that the FBI or some legal authorities abroad, SHOULD investigate this further and "YES" anyone holding a letter should get some compensation for the harassment and as one person put it, this could jeopardize someones health, thinking they just have to send 10$DOLLARS to get 20$THOUSAND DOLLARS in return. I have a heart condition and this letter, though a scam, made my A-FIB act up terribly. Partly due to needing a blessing like this, and also knowing there are a lot of gullible people losing out and probably didn't eat one month sending these "creeps" their hard earned money in hopes of getting something in return.

I got the same letter as all of you - $ 20, 000 for a measly $10 sounds tempting, epecially when you're disabled. I lost my left leg in 2008 when a woman in a SUV disregarded a caution light and t-boned my husband and I on our Harley motorcycle. I lost a leg, couple of fingers and had a traumatic brain injury, but I didn't LOSE MY MIND! I'd like to personally deliver $10 to Robert Allen, it's hard to do when the return address is a PO box in the Netherlands. Still, if I could, I'd tape that $10 to the toe of my fake foot and I'd make damn sure my metal knee joint made it into his small intestines. Lets Burn the ###!
