Hi I thought I was applying for a payday loan and thought the *** charge they take weekly was a separate service. No kne calls me back or emails me back. There is no account I can sign into to cancel my apparent membership. This guy is taking advantage of people with poor credit that cant afford to make these payments in the first place. I would like confirmation my account is cancelled and to be refunded the *** a week they take. Secondly they claim 24 hour 7 days a week service and no one ever answers the phone or replys to emails. I believe this business should be shut down as they are taking advantage of people and are not even providing the service they claim which is 24/7 days a week support however *** answers the oh e or responds ever thats not 24/7 support Here is the link to the *** website https://creditvalue.ca/

The week of July 4, 2022 I was desperately seeking a short term loan due to an emergency. I applied several places. This company somehow got my banking information from another loan company or tricked me into this service through a third party, as today, $18.99 was taken from my account. I have received zero communication from this company, nor have I received any sort of receipt. They are clearly a shady company because if you search for the agreement in *** it clearly states no refunds and 30 days are required to cancel service that I guarantee, most customers did not intend to be customers. This means that they will potentially *** at least 3 more weekly payments out of me if they even do desist debiting my account. I may have to resort to a stop payment at my bank. I have no supporting documents as I have not been in contact by this company.

On September 5th I applied for a loan with the company Credit Value. I received an email from them welcoming me to the company and that I had further steps to take to finialize. I did not complete these steps nor did I sign any sort of contract.Today I look at my bank statement and see that $18.99 has been taken out of my account from credit value. I had call my bank to find out what this charge was, and had my account locked and card cancelled due to believing this to be a *** charge. I called the company and left a message, received a call back finally and was informed that by applying I agreed to this weekly fee yet it was stated nowhere on their website. I asked for my account to be deleted and refunded as no service was provided and was denied. I asked to speak with a manager regarding a refund, and was told I would be called back and have received no such call.

This company does false advertising, I was looking for a pay day loan, filled out all the necessary paperwork and then all of a sudden they start debiting *** from my account on Sept 3/21, Sept 10/21 which went NSF and costed me more money, Sept 17/21. How do they expect me to afford this when I was trying to seek help from them! They put my family in more distress than we already are. Company is a major *** if you read all the reviews, Im not the first person this company has done this to. False advertising should be illegal and I feel this company needs to make things right with everyone who files a complaint. Better yet be shut down completely. Not only has this company lost a lot of peoples distrust but it has ruined the reputation of other legitimate companies. I hope they agree to refund the $*** x 2 and my NSF fee of $45, then they need to change their advertising if they want any respect! Shame on you Credit Value!

I just discovered a charge to my bank account for *** by Credit Value BPY.IMMEDIATELY, im beyond livid as this has put me in the negatives which will result in a NSF charge of 40.00.I just applied for a loan online this past week and at no point did i sign any agreement or even complete the process for that matter. I most certainly did not and would NEVER agree to any weekly charge of ***. *** As i have quickly discovered im not the only victim after a quick *** search of credit value bpy.Luckily i noticed right away but my god this could have easily went undetected for god only knows how long under other circumstances. *** I want my money back and the nsf fee.

On the 10th or 11th of August I was online looking for a loan for debt consolidation. first link was *** It required me to fill out bank information which I did ( I assumed this was normal ) i was accepted but rate was *** percent so I refused I then went to the next link which was Credit Value link took me too a page requesting bank information which i assumed was the norm and filled it out They asked me if I wanted my rent reported as a positive credit while I said no as i found this strange they then wanted me to send them a copy of my credit report which made me stop and leave site because it didn't make sense why I should have to send it to them why couldnt they get it. Saturday Aug 15th i noticed a debit in my bank account for 18.99 from them I called no response after further investigation I found a page that I hadnt seen saying they would charge me 18.99 a week for what I dont know i did not authorize this debit or any debit from my account.

On Wednesday 10/05 I applied for what I thought was a credit card. It went through all the steps & at the end sign it. It was going to be *** for a fee. After reading it over again and receiving an email stating that to get started you had to get your credit score , then schedule this meeting with someone & then you could get your credit card. I realized it was NOT at all what I thought and immediately emailed the company telling them to please cancel everything and makes sure nothing comes out of my account. I did not receive a response back so I tried to call them. After about the 4th time trying I reached a person & told *** said rest assured I'll deleted all of your information out of our *** will not be charged. I sign into my bank today and low & behold there is a charge for ***. I emailed when I saw it however I also emailed prior and I shouldn't have to wait when now seeing all these other complaints they do this to everyone. I would like my *** refund.

This company has taken out 4 withdrawals in under 30 days without my permission. I have no idea how they Got in my account but it was directly taken from my checking account. They take out $18.99 every time. I wrote them an email on Apr.21, *** today. Said they have a signed contract from me but cant email documents on sundays lol. Then I was told to send in my bank statements and email them to her but that she couldnt email me my contract today, again because apparently they cant email from their location on Sundays the lady stated that no one works on Sunday to which I replied then why are you working on a Sunday? In any case, I demanded all of my money back and they refused. I then told them that I will be filing a complaint and may take them to court so they can either send my four deposits back or spend a lot more money on court. Im on disability and obviously dont have extra money to spend on ***. I cant afford this problem anymore and I am very annoyed.

I was billed twice for a subscription too this company. I called them and have talked to the same man- extremely unprofessional- 3 times. Nobody needs two subscriptions so I just wanted to get atleast one cancelled. I'm just repeatedly being told that subscriptions cannot be refunded, that I cant speak too a manager or someone higher up because they aren't there. He told me that I should have an automated email standing that 18.99 would be taken from my account , twice and I have search my emails, never finding a trace of these supposed emails. When I called back today he told me my account had been deleted? So what? I pay $34 to this company for absolutely nothing ? And zero compensation, or ability to even use what I paid for? I have a strong feeling this is a ***. I said I was going to look further into this legally and he said "no wait-" as I hung up (after being refused a second time to speak with someone else). If it isn't a *** this is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

I was charged $18.99 from Credit Value, a company that I've never heard of. I looked through my emails and couldn't find any contract that I signed with this organization. I never consented or gave them authorization to debit my account for their services. I contacted the company by phone and they were back pedaling and not giving direct answers or a reasoning as to why they have my account information and have access. My banking institution gave me a refund on the account that this company would reimburse them. The company had no idea who I was when I called and didn't have any record of me. A representative on the phone said that he had to get a manager to contact me. I doubt that that will happen. 45 minutes after I initially called, I received another phone call from them and they were asking for someone named ***... I said no... this is *** and they said my apologies, wrong person. I told them that I was waiting for a call from a manager and when that would happen, and again, they couldn't give me a concrete answer. This company needs to be shut down.

This credit value company started taking out $18.99 from my chequing out weekly (yes weekly) since March this year. It has cost me almost $500 cash in four months.I only give my banking information to *** so I can only assume that my information was garnered by *** or at least incredibly deceptive means. I only found this out by reviewing my statements today lagging due to an extended hospital admission and rehabilitation which continues to render me disabled to this day.This company provides no services to me nor have they ever. I have never received correspondence from them either at the outset or to this day. I dont do direct withdrawals for heat, hydro or taxes which is why I would never have approved such for these manipulators if not outright ***.Please send out the strongest message possible to these people and based on your investigation warn others to avoid them at all cost. Good people are getting fleeced out of almost $100 per month. Its utterly reprehensible. I expect those weekly withdrawals going back to March/22 returned to me in full.Thank you for your time and effort with respect to this matter.

Credit value *** money out of my bank account.. I got a notification saying that *** has came out of my account.. When I went to my Mobile banking app and checked my account sure enough there was *** taken from my account.. I have never even herd nor have I ever done any business with this company credit value. When I looked this company up I noticed that they have been doing this to random people and they *** every week out of people's accounts when they never even done business with this company... This is *** and I'm a *** and every dollar I have goes to feeding my kids. I can not afford for this to happen nor for this to continue happening every week.. I would like you to contact them and put a stop payment order as soon as possible and I would like a refund to get back my money.. This is outrageous and this is ***.. And I would like it to stop immediately as soon as possible.. This has stressed me out and made it so I could barely afford to buy food for my children due to this money that the ***.. Please help me stop this *** so I could get back to my evryday activities without having to worrie about this company steeling my hard earned money.. This began on April 23 and 25 there were 2 NSF transaction in my Bank Account. I did not purchase anything from this business however somehow either through a third party website they received my bank account information.My dispute is I never signed up for this business service I don't have an email confirmation of signup I looked through my email and my web history. I never visited this site and requested their service. I did not receive a phone call or email regarding this so called service they offer. I discovered on April 25 there are two transactions for $18.99 when I investigated who this company was I contacted them immediately.They claimed I signed up for their service when I told them i did not they cancelled it immediately. However when it comes to paying my NSF fee the management became belligerent and refused to pay. This company is *** people in of m of some how when people are applying for a loan. Any reputable company I have applied for loan has contacted I have emails from them. This company who claims unsigned up for service has nothing so where are they getting people's banking information. I pay $19.99 a month to *** to monitor my credit I am not paying anyone money for advise when I can speak to a credit counseling for free. I would like my $90 NSF fee returned but more importantly this company needs to be shut down or some how warn people of there tactics.

This web site states that it is a credit counciling service in general but also says on the web site it DOES provide Loans in some cases - I had clicked on an APPLY ONLINE link and filled out the info - I was NOT made aware that i was signing up specifically for a weekly or monthly payment for service rendered as I had used the APPLY link and never given a chance (Other than had you clicked link of TERMS on the final page which does indeed talk about a $18.99 weekly payment when signing up for their services - Again I did not click anywhere to SIGN UP - I clicked the APPLY NOW button and was under all impressions given that had my APPLICATION been denied than no charges for service would come since obviously they declined me - I had recieved NO notification that I was "APPROVED" for services or that I was entering into a weekly payment agreement - I don't know ANY business neither online or by PAD that prior to taking a payment *** CONFIRMS what the money is being paid for - I did not ask for CREDIT SERVICES i applied for a loan and they have now begun taking payments out of my account without auth for a *** Ship I never asked to enter - Period.I have included screen shots of the APPLICATION for loan process & also uploaded the "mbrship" agreement that is hidden and only ever mentioned at any time via the link on bank info screen of APPLICATION process not while providing info to secure services to assist with my credit - I have NEVER wanted any credit related services and if I DID need these things would do it Locally not other side of country & last is a screen shot of Payment to Credit Value having been processed (*** is answering for the money being given without being covered by a Balance that was Equal or More than requested amount - Shld be a declined paymentn request without the funds to cover the charge in my bank acct

A company called Credit Value, has been debiting my *** Account $18.99 every 2 weeks on a *** 7 times, they cost me money, time, and effort to fight them and I had to several times, get my bank to put a stop payment on them. In the end I had to go to the trouble of getting a new Bank Account.Also I never heard of Credit Value, never signed anything, never called or contacted them looking for their services. I've since telephoned them, told them- show me proof, if they had it, that I signed up for it. They said they would, I recieved nothing.A ***, I asked them to delete my acct and banking info that they got ***, they hung up on me. This was this past October it happened, they tried to still try to charge me...Also I found out how they got my banking details...A online payday loans provider called ***.They sell your banking details to credit value, if you take out a second loan with them after you pay off the 1st loan, and reloan a 2nd time!They do it by e-transfer, to recieve payment and payback.They kept trying to take their payments on days I did not agree to, and instead of allowing to pay by e-transfer like I contacted them and arranged a date to repay, they took their money on a date that I did not specify, thereby causing my bank to charge me a $48.00 NSF fee.I've since paid this company back the last loan via *** thru ***, and the *** APP still shows that I owe them $230.00. I called them and spoke to ***, and told them they recieved their payment already, and to update their records, and please delete my file, and told them to stop selling my banking info to Credit Value...Its ***, they hung up on me.They refused to do what I asked and Denied selling my details!I've had it with both of them...can you help me get them to delete my account and stop trying to hurt my Credit Rating...they are ***sters!I want a Good Will Credit for the pain they caused.Thank You Complaintsboard.com!Sincerely
