I ordered a two product package of skin cream for mature women which also included a free gift. That was $50. There was no clear order summary only a "complete purchase" button. Since I had only clicked on the $50 package, I went ahead with the final purchase. The next screen was the order summary and it totaled $113. There was in addition to what I had ordered, a five piece package! I'm sure they figured that they could pull this over on older people. I tried to cancel the order and the person on chat told me it had already shipped. This was 15 minutes after I had ordered. NOTHING ships that fast. That was dishonest. They said I could ship it all back and get a refund (a lot of trouble and cost). I registered my complain again and they said that they would give me 20% off. (?) They doubled my bill and want to take a few dollars off?! I told her I wanted to cancel the order or the alternative is to ship it and do not charge me. So they repeated that I could return it all. I asked for free shipping return and she said that she would talk with her "supervisor". Is this starting to feel like a used car transaction?

Agreed. Don't sign up. I didn't sign up for autoship. When I realized they had, I contacted them immediately and told them to take me off autoship. They did not, and just charged me $93 for something I clearly expressed I did not want. No one should order from them, ever.

I ordered once canceled April 24th 2023 they charged me 107.00 I returned their package never received my money back. Now May 26th I was charged again 107.00 and I canceled last month.

These ppl steal from you I can't seem to get my return. I spoke with 2 ppl last a lady named Violet supervisor telling me it could be a week before I get a return.

These ppl are thieves and don't care how much they cost anyone.

Their product is terrible doesn't work at all Goldbond lotion does better than this stuff and it's only 10.00.

Don't waste your time or money on this crap and this sorry company.

Same deal for me. I thought I'd give it a try. I broke out in a horrible rash. I never authorized an automatic shipment but a month later, there it was - with full sized bottles. They charged my account $90.00. A month later I got an invoice for $180.01. What the heck? When I called, the woman on the phone said that since they were full sized bottles it was a 90 day supply. No one told me about this rip off. These people are crooks and masters of the fine print (which I couldn't find anywhere). I wouldn't advise ordering.

I ordered a basic set which came with 2 free items. Months later, I get an email that $58.13 was paid thru my PayPal account. What?! I went to PayPal and there are 2 charges one today and one yesterday and an Automatic payment setup. What a scam! I cancelled it and submitted a report to PayPal of these unauthorized charges right away. Beware!

Same here. I cancelled…after they took 3 automatic payments for only 2 shipments that I received. They are still hitting my bank for another payment. I have sent a letter revoking automatic payments. I will file a CFPB complaint next.

I have the same problem. Apparently, if you accept the reduced Membership price, you are enrolled in a monthly program sucking $$ out of your bank. I received the first 5-item kit and paid for it online. Hated it. A month later, PayPal notified me of another charge that was 50% higher than the original payment. I called an request cancellation. I was on the phone for at least 30 minutes as the person told me the second pkg had shipped. I ate that cost, but I am going to return it and request a refund. I received another PayPal notice today that my account was charged the same as in July! Called CR again. Yes, I cancelled, but I will get one more bill in September! To date, they have taken roughly $250. I asked the call-taker to escalate. She put me on hold only to come back and tell me that the supervisors were busy helping other customers. I inactivate the autopay on my end, but I don't expect this to be over.

There needs to be a class action lawsuit against this company! I’m experiencing the same issues and have initiated a complaint process through my bank. I AM FURIOUS!

This is the email I sent to them today with the details. I got an auto reply saying it was a no-reply email (it didn't say that on the email) and the customer service "chat" is just a bot. I can't remove my credit card from my profile - any tips would be appreciated.

"I did not sign up for a subscription to my knowledge. I’m sure its in the fine print somewhere. I got another shipment a month after the first one even though it says my “subscription” is every 13 weeks in my profile. I didn’t want a subscription – I just wanted to try it so I can decide but now I will not do business with Crepe erase again. I paid $78 for the first order and was charged over $313 for the second order. I would have NEVER agreed to that.

This email says I owe $209.08 to cancel now? Do NOT charge my card for this – not one more dime! I am shocked that Crepe Erase with all its public visibility and high profile advocates is a damn scam! So disappointing.

I better get a reply or I’m going to take action. I tried calling and after selecting “billing” as my option to talk to someone, I got a recording telling me how to exfoliate – SERIEOUSLY?, then disconnected from the call. I can’t even remove my credit card from your website. Your business practices and customer service are shameful!"
