A fan mechanic visited after 2 days. Checked the fan and went back. No news thereafter.

A mechanic came today to attend my Service Request No:[protected]/01 from N G ENTERPRISES, Contact No.[protected] -Noida 301301.
The mechanic said that fan has to be replaced as it is under warranty. I had purchased this fan from Army CSD Canteen.
Since then I am ringing up NG ENTERPRISES but in vain. Please get my wall fan replaced.
