Crossmark review: I am complaining about the acceptance of abuse and truculent behavior by a fellow employee as well as supervisor experience

I was verbally assaulted by a older white male by the name of Earl (garland location; supervisor Michelle )I am black women working in a large busy location this man cursed me made a scene I do believe he could have possibly been drinking he served the alcohol...I informed acting supervisor on shift and I was then informed he has done this type of thing before her exact words " he did it again"this type of hatred should not be accepted yet the man Earl I believe store number is 4783.Still has a job . Please check into this matter ASAP the incident happened Sunday September 3rd I was emotional ,distressed after I was verbally attacked and after speaking with my boss who still allows this man to have a job . I know if I behaved in such a manner I'd be fired .Walked straight out the door it's not right we need equality it's not right white people can keep they job but black folk would be fired truly unfair so I ended up leaving work for the day to get my head wrapped around the idiocy and hypocrisy that was just displayed ...this is truly a huge problem at this location this respect from management and this guy Earl ,I worked addison location and i was transferred to this location because it was closer but i miss my addison location I have been disrespected by management and now her friend someone needs to check some egos at this location and fast before you loose great customers and hardworking employee that dont want to have stress or hatred around .
