We have an automatic rental for culligan water softener and rust buster system.
Our service dates for softener to be filled are approximately every 6 weeks
On June 21st, 2023 culligan filled softener with 2 bags of duracube. Our usually pattern is 3 bags than 2 bag fill consistently over past two years (approximately).
On august 16th, culligan came to fill water softener. The softener had not used any duracube since last fill in June.
We called culligan of Lansing to inform them that we needed a technician to come and figure out the issue. We were told a technician would call and set up a date. As of August 23rd, we have had no contact despite calling the office on the 21st of August. Our water has ruined a couple light colored shirts in washer turning them orange. Our toilet water is tinged and porcelain bowl is stained which previously not been a problem.
We have paid our monthly rental bill and fees even though the equipment isn’t functioning properly.
Last call two days ago to culligan was we needed to talk to manager about bill adjustment but no help in facilitating that. In addition, we just had to wait until we received a call from a technician to “set up a service date” and we née dead to “wait our turn”.
I need a scheduled date for a service call, please.
I am dealing with end of life care of a younger brother, preparations for
Funeral etc… I realize that’s not your business concern but I really need this issues addressed.
Desired outcome: Technician service date scheduled ASAP not “you have to wait until tech calls you”. Resolution to problem or a new tank put in.Adjustment to our bill as paying $76/month for something that has not functioned for two months. Thank you
