My order was made on January 8,2025 and on January 12,2025 I received a message stating that 3 of the 4 items I ordered are out of stock since then I tried to contact them three times about my order but they still haven't replied. There is no phone number for them so I can't even talk to anyone about what's going on with my order. I want a total refund but who knows if I'll even get that. This is a pretty crummy way to conduct business, by ripping people off of their money.
Claimed loss: $115.57
Desired outcome: my total refund back, if that doesn't happen I want them shut dow. I see I'm not the only one who has made complaints about this company.
