However, I was extremely relieved to find out that my experience was far from being disappointing. Today, I finally received a message from them which stated that they would offer me only a 50% refund. This was quite unexpected, especially when I compared the picture on the left (of what I received) with the picture on the right (of what I had ordered and expected) as well as their return policy.

I purchased two personalized pillow cases for 2 girls and they are absolutely beautiful. Came as pictured, right before christmas, in a timely manner and I couldn't be happier!
