I recently ordered one of Famvibe's customised pillows for my boyfriend. I placed the order on 23rd of a month and received my delivery on the 4th of the following month. I was pleasantly surprised by what I saw - an adorable pillow that completely matched the specifications I had provided.

Naturally, I was quite apprehensive about my purchase because I had come across a few negative reviews of Famvibe on the internet. However, I was extremely relieved to find out that my experience was far from being disappointing. Not only did my pillow arrive on time, but there was no unpleasant smell that was reported in some reviews.

Moreover, I was satisfied with the quality of the fabric of the custom pillowcase, and the vibrant colors and neat print of the image that had been printed onto it. The only slight disappointment was with the pillow insert that was included - it could have been a bit firmer for better comfort. Nevertheless, the overall quality of the product made it worth the purchase.

Despite being initially wary of my purchase, I am more than glad that I did not become a victim of a scam and was indeed delighted with what I received. That being said, the anxiety I faced during the waiting period was not the most pleasant thing to go through. If given a choice, I would perhaps avoid ordering from Famvibe again just to skip the anxiety of a long wait.

Given the substandard quality of the ornaments I had received, I felt this was inadequate and declined their offer. Consequently, I had to escalate the situation by involving my financial institution to retrieve my payment.

All in all, my experience with Famvibe was disappointing. I would caution others to be wary of their product quality and lackluster customer service.

Overall, I had absolutely no confidence in Famvibe as a company due to their lack of communication and disregard for customer service. This was by far the worst shopping experience I've had in this modern age and I would caution anyone against making a purchase from this site. The low level of service and complete absence of support are unacceptable. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Famvibe in the future.

Recently, I stumbled upon the website famvibe.com and decided to purchase two t-shirts in honor of my 30th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, the quality of the ink on the shirts appeared as if they had already been washed - and this was on the day they were delivered!

I immediately emailed their customer service and was informed that they would investigate and get back to me. However, it took two days for me to receive a response, during which they requested for pictures of the shirt and even the delivery package.

Today, I finally received a message from them which stated that they would offer me only a 50% refund. This was quite unexpected, especially when I compared the picture on the left (of what I received) with the picture on the right (of what I had ordered and expected) as well as their return policy.

At this point, I must warn potential customers to be very careful of Famvibe and what they may or may not offer in terms of product quality and customer service.

This made me even more suspicious about the legitimacy of the company - it felt like they were deliberately trying to make it difficult for customers to reach them.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Famvibe, and would caution other customers against doing business with them.
