I entered into a contract on 9/12/2022 with C&W Removal Services. Ant**** proceeded to perform exclusion methods for the unwanted guests. He stated the contract was good for one year and lefts traps also and checked them every few days for up to probably a week and a half. He did not catch anything. He also sealed up the area where the A/C pipe goes into the residence. I inquired if the guests could return and he said yes but not to worry because he was 'with me' for one year. I believed the guests had returned and texted him on 4/24 at 11:14 am, I called and also left voicemail messages. He finally picked up the phone indicating that he was out of town until the next week. I told him about the noises and the dead caucus near the A/C pipe. I didn't hear from him and spoke to him on May 10 and he stated maybe he could come out the following day but I had to work. I texted him back that it would be OK to come on that day. I have not heard from him since. I continued to call and leave messages. About 3 weeks after that my calls from my cell and house phone would drop and not go through. I assumed my numbers were blocked. Ant**** knew how to reach me and he has my address as it's printed on the agreement. As it turns out the areas that he 'patched/fixed' were re-entered and those areas needed to be repaired; however, he has never contacted me which resulted in me spending additional money to have his work fixed. This is a breach of Item #1 (Warranty), items (a) and (b) and I am requesting a partial refund (commensurate to not complying with the contract for 1/2 the timeframe that it was in affect). Pictures on the left are Ant****'s (professional) work and the pictures on the right are the professional work that was performed by another company. One picture shows where Ant****'s exclusion was breached.
Desired outcome: Refund of $283 which is for the time period that the company failed to respond.
