Our maintenance team has been waiting in the hot Sun for 1.5 hrs just obtain a gate pass to enter our cluster to repair a water pump issue. This is an on going issue, it makes it impossible to have repairs done to the villa. Maintenance companies are going to stop coming out to DH2 if their time is continually wasted just to enter. My job could have already been completed, but now the maintenance team is leaving because it is taking 15minutes to issue each gate pass & there are at least 30 people waiting inline. This needs to be resolved or no one will remain living in this community. DAMAC STOP HASSLING OUR REPAIR TEAMS, make this an online process! My gate pass request email was sent 1 day in advanced as per our community guidelines, what is the solution? COME ON DAMAC step up your game. My Pest Control company also waited 1.5hrs last week just to be allowed inside with this ignorant gate pass. They said they will not return as it wasted many hours that they could have been earning money on other jobs
