DANATA review: Exit clearance certificate charges

My son Abhishekh Tanaji exited from Terminal 1 on Nov 13th, 2021 after cancelling his residency visa. Currently am applying for his visit visa and immigration doesn't have his exit record on their system due to which I visited your Record room office in Dxb airport terminal 3 for exit clearance certificate for which they charged me AED 105/-

It is your system or human error and why am being penalised?
