Hi team.
I ordered a product - Galaxy Glass Pipe-from this seller on 31st of May. I was waiting for delivery of the product and it was taking a long time. I decided to contact the seller on the 28th of June and enquire about how it was progressing and whether there were any issues. I asked the seller to contact me to assist me. I didn't receive a response. I sent another message on 1st of July and attached the picture I have attached to this message. I again never received a response.
The issue I identified is that it was "undeliverable to the address". The only reason I can think is that the seller put the wrong address on the package. However as I said earlier the seller has never responded to me.
I would like to issue a complaint about this seller and request you follow up with him so I can get a refund.
Please respond soon so I can know this is being taken seriously. Thank you very much.
