Daniel C. Hunter III review: How I was swindled by Dan... 8

Yes, Dan is beyond shady. He is a swindler, liar, crook and a hipocrite (He says he loves Jesus, yet he steals millions from his fellow Mormons). Yes, this is the same Dan Hunter that owns Onti Construction. It doesn't surprise me that he is illegally evicting low income families from his properties. This ### will screw anyone for a buck. His latest crime is committing bankruptcy fruad. In his bankruptcy filing, he claims he owns nothing. Not Onti Construction, not the Parkside Apartments, not even the house he is living in. The good news is he is not going to get away with it and his "business partner" Marc Sessions Jensen is in jail. Dan will be there soon too...

Dave...you don't have to believe me. All you have to do is look at the public records. Numerous judgments, lawsuits, Contempt of Court, Bankruptcy...you name it. It's all there for anyone to see. I'm just trying to prevent other people unfortunate enough to know Dan from becoming his next victim. You can start with Dan's bankruptcy filing and look at his list of creditors. There are dozens of Mormon's, neighbors and business associates who Dan stole from that have lost a total of $14 million dollars. He is trying to fruadulently discharge these debts and stiff ALL these creditors while at the same time, transferring all of his assets to his Mormon friends to prevent collection from his legitimate creditors. During my interview with the FBI agent who is investigating Dan's fruad, he told me that he has all the wire transfers funneling money out of his various entity bank accounts in to his personal accounts, then spending it on himself and his family to support his lavish lifestyle. Much of the money went in to remodeling his house in Laguna in which he spared NO expense. The money trail is all there is plain sight for anyone who wants to see it. Can you explain why Dan is no longer a Mormon Bishop? The answer is he was kicked out by the church for his criminal activity. These are not "rediculous accusations" from a "coward", I'm simply stating the facts that are on public record. What's rediculous is the statement that Dan is a good, kind man. He is the farthest thing from it. Dan Hunter is the worst human being I have ever met. What makes it all particularly sickening is his refusal to admit that he has done anything wrong. The Mormons are too embarrassed about it to do anything and are trying to cover up the story about how one of their own could prey on them. Get your facts straight Dave and you should be more careful about who you are friends with. If given the chance, Dan will look you right in the eye and steal your money...

Good news to report to all the victims of Dan Hunter: The bank that holds the mortgage on his multi-million dollar Laguna Beach house has recently been granted relief from the bankruptcy court to foreclose on his house! This is very good news since much of the money Dan stole from his fellow Mormons and neighbors in Three Arch Bay went in to an extensive remodeling of the house sparing NO expense. This house is a monument to this man's twisted ego and he and his wife Beverly have been living in it for free for at least two years and not paying a penny on his mortgage or taxes (although it is meticulously maintained to promote the illusion that he is actually smart and successful). Dan denies under oath in bankruptcy court proceedings that any of his stolen money went in to his house, but his victims know better. All the facts and the money trail will be documented at Dan's bankruptcy fraud trial now pending. The wheels of justice are finally beginning to catch up to Dan and he will soon be broke AND homeless with a bankruptcy fraud trial AND FBI criminal investigation still to come...

UPDATE FOR VICTIMS OF DAN HUNTER:
Dan's home is being foreclosed on by his lender on Wednesday, September 16, 2012. The foreclosure auction will take place at 9:00 am at the Doubltree by Hilton Hotel Anaheim, 100 The City Drive, Orange, CA 92868. Despite stealing, then attempting to fraudulently discharge $14 Million in his bankruptcy, Dan is finally losing the house that he recently remodeled with stolen money. Justice is FINALLY being served on this crook and he can no longer cruise around Three Arch Bay in his custom golf cart seeking victims to steal from or live in the lap of luxury on stolen money in a house he is not paying for. I hope you enjoyed your stay in Laguna Dan...now get lost! (Good luck finding anyone to rent you an apartment with your bankruptcy, criminal investigation and fraud trial still pending...) Maybe one of your kids will let them live with you even though you stole money from them too! Give my regards to Beverly! (I hope she's not upset about any of this...)

UPDATE ALERT! Dan Hunter was recently arrested by the FBI, and charges have been filed for Investment Fraud! A Trial date is set for July 22, 2013, Case Number 2011R00821 at the Federal Courthouse in Santa Ana. According to the indictment, "Hunter devised and operated a fraudulent investment scheme to obtain funds from victim-investors. Rather than using the victim-investor's funds as promised, Hunter used the funds to enrich himself..." As I have been saying for a long time, this has been coming for a long time and is long over due. In a ridiculous act of hypocrisy, Dan has been seen within the last couple of weeks at the Mormon church in Laguna Beach with his delusional wife Beverly, who still insists that Dan is not a crook and loves God. What a joke! Who does he think he's kidding? Certainly not God, who already knows where Dan is heading (and it's NOT heaven!). On a related matter, his multi-million dollar Laguna Beach house in Three Arch Bay was foreclosed on by the bank and he's now living with one of his kids. What a stellar role model! Hunter continues to deny any wrongdoing in the civil bankruptcy fraud case still pending against him and continues to stonewall discovery efforts and blew off a deposition. It's going to be pretty difficult for him to claim he's not a crook now. Hey Dave C...do you still want us to believe Dan is "a good kind man who does good things for people"? Wake up and get a clue...Dan Hunter is a swindler and a crook, and he's going to jail. There is hope after all in our criminal justice system...

UPDATE ALERT! Dan Hunter pleads GUILTY to fraud on July 8, 2013! He is officially a "convicted felon" (but he still goes to church...). Sentencing hearing has been set for October 21, 2013. He's off to jail! In the meantime...he still denies any wrongdoing in his civil bankruptcy fraud case and is still trying to discharge over $14M in stolen money so that he doesn't have to pay his victims back! Stay tuned...

DAN HUNTER SENTENCED TO FEDERAL PRISON! On January 28, 2014, admitted swindler Dan Hunter was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison for his scheme to steal millions of dollars from his fellow Mormons in a fraudulent real estate deal that in fact was nothing more than his personal piggy bank to support his lavish lifestyle at the expense of honest, decent and hard working people. The real tragedy, however, is his ongoing attempt to fraudulently discharge over $14M in debt to dozens of creditors that had nothing to do with the water park fraud. Mr. Hunter was very contrite and apologetic in front of the judge and his extended family who was about to hand down his sentence. However, Dan apparently has no such regrets when it comes to all the other victims of his criminal activity. He continues to proclaim his innocence in civil and bankruptcy courts and is proceeding with his bankruptcy and discharge of $14M in debt related to his fraudulent business activities. He would like everyone to believe that despite the fact that he is a convicted felon, admitted swindler and liar, the other $13M he "misplaced" in his various business dealing was just a result of "the bad real estate market".
