Dante Labs review: Bought a Genome test but missed address line

I was too excited to get this and recently moved so I forgot the address line. I immediately emailed them. Next day, emailed them. I thought they weren't responding because it's the holidays. Next day I emailed them. I emailed them again the next day. No response. My package got shipped. I tried to catch it. I couldn't. I made it to my apartment complex and got returned too fast. I tried to call as many people as I could but it's gone. 200$ wasted I guess. I just wanted a simple response.
