they almost got me for $695.00
I was told the exact same things as others down to the t! Even got the lil nice full colour package and contracts. I thought wow, they really must be a professional company! Or just have tons of money to spend on marketing/advertising! Boy, they really had me interested. I knew this sounded too good to be true. The ratio of folk getting their product in stores and making money off of it compared to those not making any money is not worth me flushing $700 down the drain on a crap game when gas is $4.00 a gallon! While I live in mesquite, tx and they are in pa, the contracts clearly stated contradictory information that seemed to supersede both. I didn’t have money to seek an attorney so I came here. Thank u "i'm pissed" and to all of you who shared your horror stories! Thanks to you my concerns have been addressed properly.

I asked them to patent my idea, but after money & more money, I was getting skeptical. Contract says I’ll have to front over $10K before they’ll try to sell my idea. I am a retired school teacher & only wanted a simple parent that I COULD SELL to companies myself.

Pastorino, Wheeler, Oregon. Car seat with infant insert submitted for development. Dave was handling account. The design was approved for prototype development the same week I became homeless. Now being sold all over the world and any efforts by the Davison Corporation to compensate me have not been forthcoming. I tried Human Resource, no reply.
Don't steal people's inventions, it comes back on you! As far as I'm concerned we have nothing more to say to each other. I trust you as much as the weather man. I will be getting in touch with the best lawyer I can find to sue the ever loving crap out of you!

Failure to develop
I see lots of kindred spirits in here. Had an invention, paid huge $$ to Davison, have nothing to show for it.
Note the clause regarding # of inventions that don't make it to market. It's because they cash your check and quit. That's why most Davison inventions "fail".

I just paid Davison Development $500 for an idea they are promising to develop. I am very concerned about all the write ups about their company being a fraud/scam and by the fact that they were sued. I need to know if they are dishonest before I go any further.
