Razorgator demi lavoto tickets

I ordered 3 tickets on February 23 2018 for demi lavoto and dj khaled content on march 10th 2018 im Minneapolis off ny bank card thetbtook thw money out of my account on February 26 2018 and i still dont have mt tickets haven't gotten a email bor nothing abd when i call all i get is there are know available agents in the que and i emailed them several times allbi wantbis my tickets and its unfair that i can't contact nobody and they have my money

Razorgator concert tickets

Bought 2 tickets via my credit card on 2-3-17 for the pretenders show in miami florida at the filmore on 3-22-17.
Paid $304.95 for the 2 tickets.

Arrive at the venue day of show only to find sign on the door saying due to illness show was cancelled refunds to be issued back to orginal form of purchase. Razorgator is refusing to give us back our money.

I did not cancel the tickets i arrive at the venue day and time is was suppose to. It is my right to get what i paid for and i did not therefore i am entitled to the refund

Razorgator National Rodeo Finals tickets

This place is a scam. I ordered some tickets for the rodeo finals in Vegas. I realized after I made the purchase that the dates were wrong. I called them back within 3 minutes of making the order, and was told they could not help me. They suggested I resell the tickets on their website. When I asked to speak to a manager no one was available... Hmmm I was charged $964.00 for the tickets, plus and additional $184 as a connection fee to buy the 4 tickets. The only solution was to pay them more money to sell the tickets, and then pay another $184 in connection fees to buy the right date. The customer service is bad. I will never use this service again.

Razorgator Scam

I purchased tickets on the day that Phillies signed Cliff Lee for his 2011 debut as xmas present to my wife. Razorgator sent confirmation email, charged my Visa $230, then called a week later to say "supplier doesn't have those tickets". Of course not...the price for Phillies tickets was already spiking fast. I reminded them their order page says "We reserve right to upgrade tickets if unavailable", then they told me "no, our fine print says we just need to refund your money, that's it". So no upgrade, just a downgrade. So being stuck I said OK, give me the worse tickets for same price. Except weeks and weeks went by and tickets never arrived. FOUR TIMES in Feb and March I was told "our supplier is delayed in sending" and was given bogus delivery dates. Finally just hours before the game the tickets came via Fedex, several rows higher than I'd bought.

Technically we got to the game, but entire experience really sucked and I cannot recommend Razorgator to anyone. My wife was stressed, I was stressed, and tickets were not what I paid for. Our money was clearly used as a hedge while "suppliers" tried to sell the same seats for more $ to others for several months.

Razorgator bait & switch

RAZORGATOR SCAM, BEWARE

Razorgator Scammed

I was similiarly scammed as described below:

I went to razorgator.com to purchase tickets to a yankee game. I was misled and was instead sold tickets to a resturant. Then, when I tried to dispute the purchase, like below, I was told that "I should have known better!" Basically implying that I was an idiot. In some places on the site it was indicated that the "Audi" section was not a ticket purchase. However, my tickets were not similarly labeled by the seller. Evidently I found out, the seller can say anything they want. Entries are not vetted by RazorGator. Basically, it's a free-for-all. Be very, very careful of this scam!

Other Person's experience . . .

Razorgator sold us tickets on field level, section 14 as a reply to my husband's request for stadium tickets to the Yankees game. At no time did he request a restaurant nor did razorgators reveal it was a restaurant. since razorgators had seemed to be a reputable company; he did not have any reason to suspect misleading advertising. He left on a month long overseas business trip and the tickets arrived at the house in the US. Upon his return he realized the deceptiveness.

Customer services at razorgators said he should have known the tickets should have cost more. Never having gone to the ball park how were we to know what the price should have been? If they are a reputable company; why not just say these were tickets to a restaurant instead of actual tickets to the game as he had requested.

Also, razorgators did not invoice this restaurant sale. They just debited his bank account the extra money. My husband had made another purchase at Shea stadium which they did send him the invoice.

Bought tickets, tickets didnt work, couldnt get into concert, razorgator closes early on weekends. Horrible experience. Lost a lot of money getting to concert too.

They called us 5 hours before the game, 7 hours from home and said our 40 yard line tickets didn't come thru and all they had available were endzone for the same price.

I usually order from StunHub but thought I would try another place. The selection at Razorgator was not as good and I couldn't find any of the tickets with seat numbers. I like actual tickets and I pay to have them shipped instead of electronically delivered. One set was sent electronically anyway and another set came by Federal Express, but was not an actual ticket either. It was a ticket that I could have printed. Going back to StubHub immediately. I just hope these tickets actually work!

Razorgator misled us as well! I ordered 9 tickets online for the Kentucky Derby for a group of friends and family flying in. I didn't read the fine print, that is not stated upon ordering or confirming that the seats were not going to be together. So now, I have sets of 2, 2, 2, and 3 tickets, which I spend $3000 on! I am very saavy when it comes to ordering online and always do much research. I would not order from this company! They did nothing to make my situation better! Don't let their 100% gaurantee fool you!

Razorgator is more concerned with sales than customer satisfaction. I purchased tickets to a show and received confirmation for my seating request. After 2 weeks, they stated that the seller did not have the tickets I bought and were refunding my money. By this time the market prices were rising. I believe the seller realized that they could get more money for their tickets, so they simply told Razorgator their tickets were declined from Ticketmaster so they could resell them for a higher market value. Razorgator only offered much worse seating arrangements as a substitue. Do not believe their "100% guarantee" It only says you will get your money back. If you purchased great seats for your children and are now empty handed, that guarantee is WORTHLESS!
