Davison Design & Development review: Invention 9

Davison is a company full of fraudulent scam artists.

The company was paid from 2015 to 2021. I was never told of any problems with my invention, I was only told that they were working hard to get everything right. This turned out to be a lie. I also have reason to believe the company, affiliate, or someone has already created my idea and maybe selling it through another small company. When I presented my idea there was nothing on the market like it. Now I see knockoff attempts everywhere. Even if it’s a knock off someone is making money, and all I did was lose money. I was first in contact with a gentleman named Jermaine Hughley, and a lady named Laura Cranmer. After about 2 months I was told Jermaine is no longer with the company, and have been in contact with Brian Svantner the reminder of this ordeal.

In all I paid Davison $11,075 to bring my idea to fruition and that never happened or was ever attempted. Brian spent the entire time fast talking and repeating the same thing ever time we talked on the phone. He always said everything is going fine we’re doing good, just keep up the payments, and everything is all good on our end. I received some mediocre renderings and I explained my disappointment with Brian several times. I have multiple recordings of our conversations.

I also requested a refund several times and never received it. The 1st time I requested a refund Brian told me not to worry that whatever I was thinking was not the case. I backed off and said ok let’s see how it goes. They sent me another rendering worse than the 1st one. I asked for a refund again and never received anymore contact from them. I am a disabled veteran and am on a fixed income and this has truly damaged my ability to create anything ever again. This ordeal has given me more anxiety, depression, anger and resentment so bad that Ive contemplated taking my own life. I’ve sacrificed money and doing things for my family to pay for a dream that has been nothing but disappointment.

I don’t know how the state of Pennsylvania, all other states, and the government can live with the fact that this company continues to commit fraud on a daily basis. The company known as Davison is a threat to consumers everywhere on a national level. The company known as Davison is a threat to the American Dream that some americans have to become an inventor. They are taking peoples hard earned money without any intentions of bringing their ideas to life. This scam is just keeping money coming in to make a living off decent average americans. This company should be shutdown and barred from ever doing business again. They are hurting thousands of people and making millions in the process while we get nothing and have sacrificed all the money.

You know what’s really sad, is the fact that people are trusting you with their secret that no one else in the world knows. Also by the time a person finds out that Davison is a scam it’s pretty much too late to try again. Either someone could have come up with your idea, or you give up and what’s to keep Davison from taking peoples ideas further later own without that person even knowing. I’ve found several patents already in use regarding my invention. Davison said there weren’t any, and I searched also but couldn’t find anything in 2015. I’ve found several that have been in existence before I ever spoke with anyone from Davison. This just proves that they knew what they were doing, and knew there were inventions and patents already in place. So they continue to take advantage of the little guy every chance they get for financial gain. Contract should be null and void since there were already patents and inventions out prior to our contract. Davison claims to have done a patent and invention search but found nothing. This has turned out to be a lie.

Davison is using misleading business practices to entice people into a contract. Davison owes me and hasn’t done anything worth $11,0075. I want my money back, that’s the least they can do. I was told they would bring my idea to life, but they didn’t, therefore the contract is unfulfilled/void. Ignoring my request for a refund is a response, and Davison is in the wrong.

I suggest they resolve this matter by refunding my money. I never signed or approved any of there designs because clearly they were an attempt to simply say they attempted something. Furthermore they will say nothing is guaranteed, but consumers are paying you for financial gain in the future. I guess it doesn’t seem to matter because Davison is the only one benefiting. If it’s not for financial gain or potential of it, why lie to people to get them in a contract in the first place. They have no intentions of bringing ideas to life because they make more money off the scam. The company prays on people by getting people through persuasion and slick talk to make people believe they have something to look forward to when they never really do. Atleast nothing to look forward to from them. If this company is going to try and hide behind their vague one sided contracts, and fancy attorneys, good luck hiding from God.
