Dayforce Wallet review: Dayforce wallet

i used dayforce wallet to transfer 500 to my checking account. 3 days later the money still wasn't transferred. i called dayforce was told to wait another day. in the meantime, i called my bank to verify the funds weren't on hold or anything and they said they never received the credit. the next day i called again told to wait another day. so i did. now they send me the dispute packet and tell me it can take up to 100 days to get credit if i get one. they already took the 500 out of my paycheck. i asked if i can fax them the info requested was told no it needs to be mailed so now there is more time wasted. all they need to do is contact my back and see it wasn't received and then send it. no need to drag it out. this is insane.
