Dayforce Wallet They let people take your money

I had unauthorized charge almost $200 I disputed it. Had to get another card. Then turned around an charged the new card again same amount. How? Why? The place who charged it The Pet Comfort never heard of them googled an nothing comes available. Called the number dayforce gave me . They didn't identify themselves they ask me did I order this stuff start naming items.. I said no. He said I give your name number to a supervisor.. Nobody called back yet. Horrible! money not safe dayforce don't care. Can't wait to find something like this but better .

Recommendation: If u don't have to use this don't

Dayforce Wallet Do not use this app!

Never in my entire life have I encountered such incompetent, rude, dishonest and unprofessional people. This “bank” app should be shut down. They have somehow “lost” my $950! No one can tell me anything other than “there was a glitch in our system”. They opened a case on Thursday, November 30th at 8:12 am. This was 12 hours after my money went missing. I was told it would take TWO BUSINESS DAYS to get a resolution from the technical team. Of course, TWO EQUALS FOUR BECAUSE IT WAS OVER THE WEEKEND. Not to mention it happened on the 30th, my rent is due on the 1st, and they had my rent money.

Regardless if this is resolved on Monday, I will never use this as a bank again! You are putting your hard earned dollars at risk if you do.

Dayforce Wallet Customer service is horrendous

So I got a new phone and changed my number but in that process I can not remember my email and whenever I log in it’s asking to head to Emil to get code so I call customer service which took so long ! Almost ridiculous how long you wait and sometimes call drops ! But first time I called lady was not helpful didn’t know anything and finally said check stub and supervisor name so I did that waiting 7 days later called again wondering why haven’t I got email to change my email to my new one then this lady was worst .. rude and didn’t know anything pretty much said I’ll have to wait and that I can’t cancel my account and get new one I’ll have to wait for them to send it email to change no help nothing and yea you can’t understand [censored] there saying no urgency on there part ,lack of experience and unprofessional attitude and management they need to clean up and get it together

Dayforce Wallet Poor customer service

My card was declined yet the money was taken from my count. I contacted dayforce stated on hold for 30 mins then a woman gets on and keeps interrupting me while I’m explaining what’s going on with my card. She then tell me it’s going to take 10 days to get the money back so of course I want to know why would a transaction take ten days to reverse when it was declined in the first place and the money shouldn’t of came out of the account. She then starts yelling in my ear so I asked for her name which she refused and told me she’s not allowed to tell me her name and when I asked for a manager I was told that she’ll put a ticket in because she can’t transfer me to a supervisor! She then placed me on hold got back on the phone and tried apologizing but who wants an apology after that I’m not her child her attitude isn’t with me therefore shouldn’t have been taken out on me! I’ve also never heard anyone in customer service say they can’t give you their name, they can’t transfer you to a supervisor nor can they provide a phone number to call. It’s [censored] backwards we have to give our information to get help but the person that supposed to be helping isn’t actually helping but instead yelling and denying request to be transferred.

Dayforce Wallet Declined transaction but charged to my card

Can SOMEONE from this company help me understand why 5 transactions were declined but charged to my account. One purchase I made was for an education testing that I need to take for my career and they declined the transaction but charged my account. I now have been on hold for almost an hour no one has answered my call. I am not sure if they are even open today but it's Wednesday November 8th 2023 and they should be. I can't for the life me understand how you can mess with people's money. If the transaction was declined but still charged to my account who is getting that money the CEO maybe he is lining his pockets with customers hard earned money. I want my money back so I can go somewhere else and stop using Dayforce wallet. It's horrible I do not recommend this company at all.

Recommendation: Don't use them, if it wasn't for my company using them I never would of.

Dayforce Wallet Don’t ever use this card!

I thought this would be good to use this card my employer offered and when I decided to try it, I got my deposit early yes. But when I noticed a transfer of $300 to my bank account when I know I didn’t transfer anything that’s when the problem began - to get to a LIVE representative I went through over 5 numbers all Dayforce Wallet but NONE of them were customer service? And when I finally got connected by just pressing random buttons I was told there was nothing they could do about it and my transfer will show in my bank in 1-3 business days and that is literally it! The customer service is not US based - so you can understand anything they say. It’s not personable, it was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced - and then I found out that GOBank the card associated with for a banker is via GreenDot. That’s why it was so aweful! Never again I had my employer change my direct deposit back to my cash app. And there it will stay. I am closing my Dayforce Wallet Account it is absolutely useless! Beware!

Dayforce Wallet I don't think anyone knows what they are doing

I've had to call twice on some transactions that were made without my permission. The first guy said he was cancelling my card and would send another one and to wait a couple of days to see if the purchases went through and to call back. A couple of days later I did just that. I was put through to the dispute department who said the other card wasn't showing that it was sent so he sent another one and was supposed to email me a dispute form. I have waited a week now and still have not gotten it.

Recommendation: Go with a different company.

Dayforce Wallet Charged with Embezzlement

On August 3 2023 I had 140 sent from my payroll to Day force wallet the money was transferred to my wallet but when I with drew it at the ATM the transaction was declined I tried to resolve with no avail 7 days later still the funds have not been replaced. Only recourse is filing charges for embezzlement. Do not use this company it’s a scam and they will take your money and you have no course of action. Customer service is useless and no one who knows what they are doing even at corporate level.

Recommendation: DO NOT USE

Dayforce Wallet Never using it again

The worst app ever! I wanted to get some on demand pay and then only 10% of my pay was deposited to my bank account and the rest of it went on the Dayforce card that I have never had or used one! So I got screwed with the paycheck because the money never went on the card! I contacted customer support and they couldn’t do anything!

Dayforce Wallet my worst experience ever with a on demand app

this was my first ever on demad pay app and it will definently be my last. this app has left the worst possible taste in my mouth that i can imagine. the card and app itseld details good key points to get you excited about the app. you have access to daily pay after every shift, you can transfer a lot of money from this account to another, no hidden fees and even more things it offered. however, when i first discovered the app i wanted to use it while in between paychecks to allow me to have wiggle room and for whenever i mightve needed something. theres been many issues with the app that i have noticed only over a few months span of time, maybe 6-7 months. however in this review i will only discuss the major issues that i have had personally.

1. connectivity issues: if at anypoint the server is down it will not let you do anything on the app besides just look at your card balance if that! you would not be able to add money to the card or do any bank transfers if the system is down. most times when its down it take a minute for it to come back up. i have 5g and have great wifi and i still cant get it. the last time the connectivity issue lasted for about 2-3 days which was a huge inconvenience as i needed the money on my card.

2. refunds & returns: this is the part that has annoyed me the most beyond anything else. whenever i purchase something if i have to get it returned or refunded it will take out of my daily pay but show it as a refund. so say if im expecting a refund of $20 when i clock out and i earned maybe $50 for that particular day. it will subract 20 fron 50 as if i went on the app and tried to add $20 to my card. as you can tell this is a big problem because in this case my money is being stolen and im not recieving ny proper amounts of money. this alone has turned me off from the card all together. i called cuatomer service first i talked to about 5 different people in the time span of 2 hours nobody could do anything my last hope is to talk to the payroll people about the issue but i have already given up on getting my money back. its such a shame that the money i earned is being taken away from me but its refunded money so instead of adding money to my card its subtracting.

3. if im at a drive through ordering food or doing something if i put the exact total on the card it will decline it because its only taking a certain amount and then later it will out bacj money i guess that wasnt needed? i never understood this at all. it would act as if im paying and show i paid the full amount but the waiter or cashier would tell me i still owe a certain amount of money.

after reading this review or any of the other bad reviews if you still want to get this app and give it a try go ahead, to eachs own. however be aware of what you do with the card and how you plan to use it. it has honestly been the worst choice in my life as im missing out on money. otherwise it wouldve been a great app, with some minor fixes and bug changes. i normally never submit reviews because i dont care to have my experiences with apps or anything online but i just thought id share. i look forward to getting rid of this card and moving back to a carefree life with all my funds being refunded to my card how they are supposed to be and my money not being stolen by a company.

The app server is down so my apps won't link I have been dealing with issues for over 10 days call customer support to get hung up on or to be told to wait some more. Poor customer service poor service offered and your app is worthless.

Dayforce Wallet Transactions declined yet funds were taken

On 11/8/2023 I went to my local United States Postal Service location in Bunnel, FL to ship a package, my charge was declined for $28.75 , the funds were deducted from my account but the postal worker assured me it did not go thru, I then paid cash. This happened a second time about 3 weeks later, I contacted Dayforce Wallet they gave me a provisional credit which was reversed today. I have receipts for my cash purchases at the same time the card was charged. I have contacted an attorney, this has happened to way too many people.

Dayforce Wallet Dispute transaction

On 12/12/2023 I went to kroger grocery store to buy some items. My total was was $38.76. I had $39.27 on my card at the time. The transaction declined so I tried two more times and still declined. I checked my account on the app and the whole $39.27 was taken out my account. So I called customer service to file a dispute for the transaction and was told it will take 10 business days. After 3 weeks of waiting I received a letter saying the dispute was denied. I called customer service while in the store with the manager. The manager gave me 3 codes to give them and they said they can't do nothing with the codes. When I called back to see why the dispute was denied all they said was contact the merchant. I feel like this bank robbed me of my money and they refuse to help

Dayforce Wallet Disputed unauthorized charges - Rejected

Disputed multiple unauthorized transactions on my account. A police report was also filed. Dayforce rejected my dispute claiming I had authorized 1000.000 being taking out of my account from multiple ATMS and other various transactions at a retailer, in a whole other city.

Refused to provide a reason they declared those transactions "authorized". Despite offering a copy of the police report and proof that those charges were not authorized, they refuse to acknowledge my claim and said I was responsible because I am the only individual with my card. They hung up on me.

Card skimmers are a thing. If the fraud department is unaware that such a thing exist, it would be best to hire a team who understands how cars fraud works.

Dayforce Wallet Dayforce card

On September 3rd, 2023 I tried to use my card to purchase a money order at the USPS and transaction was declined three times. Account had plenty of money so I didn’t understand why. Thought I would just go to the ATM and get cash but when I checked my account the money (755.82) was gone from my account. Opened a dispute with Dayforce on September 5th. After a month and a half and calling almost everyday my money was put back into my account. Today December 11, 2023 they have taken the money out once again. When I called them the person, who did not even verify my identity, Told me that my claim was denied. She stated that I have to send them proof first. And then proceeded to tell me to contact the USPS. I contacted the post master as well as the financial department when this all happened. They stated that they did not receive funds because it was a declined transaction. This is theft by Dayforce and should be criminal. Looking on here I am not the only one they have done this to.

Three transactions at the USPS were denied (not processed/no goods or services received) because I did not know you could only use secured funds to purchase a money order, and dayforce card is not considered secured funds. Total for all three transactions was 755.00 and change. Filed dispute, called nearly everyday for over a month and half and my money was finally placed back on my card. Now two months later the money has been taken once again and I was told that I have to give “proof” to dispute this again. During the month and a half I was waiting I had been in contact with the head post master as well as their financial department who all stated that the transactions did not clear therefore they did not receive any money. Why money would be taken at all if transaction is denied is beyond me. I would like to have the actual copy of the transaction where you sent my money to the USPS. I will be contacting the trade commission with my receipts which clearly show the transaction was denied. I want resolution to this. I work entirely too hard to give my money to any corporation. I clearly did not receive goods or services and should not be holding the tab for your inability to properly investigate. Seems pretty clear that Dayforce is clearly responsible… not me.

I recently began using Dayforce wallet with my new employer. I am a travel healthcare professional and I use my debit cards and credit cards daily. This morning my card isn’t working and I call customer service to find out why. I was informed that my card is locked and requires a manual review and I won’t have an answer for 2 days. This is my payroll card so I’m stranded stayed away from home and the representative informed me that there’s no manager or supervisor that I can speak with in regards to this today. This is totally unacceptable

Dayforce Wallet Purchase

I purchased a money order for $381 on 11/26/2023 at the post office. The POS said transaction declined. I was confused because there should have been more than enough on the card. When I checked the Dayforce balance it showed the purchase amount for $380.01 was deducted from the account and showed the purchase was at the at the post office. I showed it to the clerk, she checked her system but showed no purchase and a decline notice. I called customer support where they told me an investigation would need to be opened and it could take up to 10 business days to resolve. I called a 2nd time hoping to get a better representative but no such luck. Robots reading from a script and no one to help. This money order was for a bill that will now be passed due. It's devastating and I want my money back now. I cannot afford this right now. I sat in the parking lot of the post office and just cried.

Dayforce Wallet Refund

On November 21,2023 I go into the post office to get a money order . I use my dayforce wallet card to get 2 money orders it declines I’m looking at that post office worker like he has lost his mind b/c I know it’s over $3,000 on my dayforce wallet card. I swipe it declines so I’m like maybe I used the wrong pin 🤔 so I swipe it again so it has declined twice ,but charged twice for $977.50. I call them “dayforce customer service representative states oh the funds are on the card”so how are the funds on the card ,but it’s declining on my side . The customer service representative starts to say that I have to write a letter to Greendot corporation dispute’s explaining the situation when clearly my funds are suppose to be on my card by December 7th.

10/15/23, I attempted to make a purchase at my local post office using my Dayforce card in the amount of $182.00. I swiped my card twice and both times the card was declined. So i just ended up using another payment source to make the purchase. I go to my my Dayforce wallet account and the $182.00 was taken out! WHY?! If you decline my card why did you still take money from my account!? I called customer service, the wait is horrible 40-45 min wait. This is unacceptable and I want my money back immediately!

Dayforce Wallet Unauthorized credit card charge

On November 7th I got my nails done, when I tried to use my card it declined. I tried 3 other times and it kept declining even though I had the money on my card. So I eventually had to send the money to my brother thru venmo so I could put the money on my other card. I have called 3 times and you guys keep telling me I have to wait until it’s posted, that’s [censored] it’s your guys fault you guys took $200! And whoever I keep talking to on the phone sounds like they don’t know what they’re talking about. I just want my $200 and y’all are playing games! I know u guys can post those transactions so I can get my money you guys are just being difficult!

I got my nails done Nov 7 and my card declined but they still took it out of my account. They actually took it out 4 times so they took $200 from my account. I tried to call customer service and the lady acted like she didn’t know what she was talking about. Said I had to wait until it posted for them to be able to do anything about it. I asked if she could just post it so they can reverse it considering it’s their fault! She then talked to me like I was stupid and just repeated the same thing that it had to be posted. Dayforce Wallet Dayforce wallet technical issues

On 11/08/2023 I added money and checked my balance to show over $190.00 on my card. I made 2 smaller purchases that went through fine, and then tried to pay $128.00 for my daughter's oral surgery copay. The card was denied. In a panic I called my husband who had to use our bill money to pay for it. When I got home I called Dayforce customer support spent 45 minutes waiting on the line, only to be told that there was a technical error and my money would be put back on November 18th. This is causing me financial hardship at no fault of my own. This is not the first time this has happened with Dayforce.

Claimed loss: Please refund Over $190.00 immediately and fix your system.

Desired outcome: Please issue my refund now and fix your system. I need my money when I need it! That is the point of dayforce!

Dayforce Wallet Their whole system

If you request a new card they completely lock your account and won't even deposit your checks from work. I've never seen a bank as asinine in my life. They completely close your account until you get a new card which takes 7-10 business days and when you ask the customer service representatives just repeat the same thing over and over again. I heard you the first time but you're not even answering my questions. If this card wasn't thru the employee I wouldn't use it because this bank is awful.

Dayforce Wallet My dayforce wallet account

My account was compromised and instead of allowing me to reopen my account after telling me I could or I would not have Closed my account, this company is punishing the customer for a criminal action against them and its. It fair. I am going to pass a petition around at my job place to stop using this company and so far I have alot of complaints from other account holders and will do everything to make sure the public knows you train your employees to lie to account holders. It's not fair to the account holder that you are on the side of the criminals who hack these easy to hack systems of yours. This is a piss poor way to run a company. You should have ethics and should punish employees for lying to account holders and you do not even pull up the call to verify what I am telling you.

Desired outcome: Get account back but that's not going to happen, apparently I'm the criminal nit the guy who hacked me

Literally every time I try to use this card it tells me I'm NEGATIVE the money I JUST ADDED! I have been on hold now for 30 minutes and need gas to take my child to school tomorrow! This is so unacceptable! I am so furious! The NEXT DAY the money will be back on there again like what is this?! This happens literally every single time I use this card! And it's still not resolved? I've literally called for a month about this now! You are messing with families money here.

Same thing happens to me today . I know I had money on there and then all of a sudden I’m negative $177 ? Like how . If there’s no money on the account it won’t go through so how do I go negative ? It shows nothing taking out $177 . I called and the guy said it’s technical difficulties smh . So does the money really come back the next day ?

This is ridiculous my balance is 200.00 less than what it should be and there is no explanation as to why. Telling me I have to wait two business days. I will never use this service again. If you need access to your money donot use. Customer service is no help at all they just tell you it’s a computer issue and they are working on it. Can’t give a time or date when it will be fixed. This is wrong in so many ways. They are messing with peoples money and lives. Stay away

Dayforce Wallet Access to funds

I received my pay for the day. I tried to transfer it. Dayforce denied the transfer. But the money was gone. I called dayforce for 3 days and was told over and over it's a tech issue. Highest priority to get resolved. Yet 3 days now and no money for gas or food or for my son's prescription. They acknowledged the money should be there but they don't know where it is. I've missed 2 days of work and so has my wife. We both work at same plant and had the same thing happen to her account. My lost wages for weekend pay is ridiculous. Almost $1200 not earned. My job is 55 minutes away. Now my son is low on insulin and we are out of household necessities.
