THEY ARE CARD SKIMMERS! Just like everyone in this post thread. I used my card at USPS to get LO passport and it was declined for 152. Why would it do not that I more than enough money. I tried my card again one more time and it declined. I called the bank immediately and the agent said I see the declined payment for two of same payments. I want to make a dispute due to the fact that I never paid for the passport because my card declined twice. The lady said yes we could do that. I have to wait 10 days for the dispute results 10 days and my dispute gets denied and that I have to go back to the merchant to request for my money back. How can I ask for my money back? when I never bought anything. so I went back to the post office and they said we don't have your money because your card declined, and that you need to call your bank to get it fixed. I even contacted my company because they were the ones who was telling me to get this stupid card. I would've never got this card but it was an advertised down my throat but I did and now I have to wait for another re-dispute and I had to send my evidence I never purchased it. That my partner paid for it. I just want my money back. I want to close the bank account but they won't let me if I don't get my money back within a month. I will be filing a small claims lawsuit against them and if anybody wants to join feel free to thumbs up.

I will happily file a small claims case against them.. Customer service was horrible
