Veem is a tricky company that tries to sneak in extra charges without your permission. My business has been using their services for a while, but they recently changed our domestic payment settings to a fee-based service without telling us. It's not right to just start charging people extra fees without their consent. They probably thought we wouldn't notice, but they messed with the wrong person.

My company use Veem to send our monthly wages. They sent the money on 09/01/22 but Veem no send it to my bank account. They want us to pay an extra fee to expedite our payment. If we no pay, they make us wait 7 business days to receive our salary. Today is 09/06/2022 and they will supposedly send my wages tomorrow. That is so unfair! My sister paid the fee and she got her wages on 09/02/2022. They have the ability to send the payment but they choose not to. How vile is that? To withhold a payment from a single mother of 2 like myself. Withholding a salary in hopes of getting a commission should be illegal and penalized by law. Veem was a terrible experience for me
Veem was a terrible experience for me. My new consulting company wanted to pay me through Veem, but when I tried to create an account, I couldn't get past the "Enter your bank info, debit card, or credit card for paying others" section. I only wanted to receive payments, not pay others. I tried using a card card to get past that area, but it got rejected because it's not a business card. (I don't have a business for my consulting work.) I also tried using their "Receive payments as a guest" option, but it took me back to where I needed to provide banking info to pay others. Paying and receiving should be separate functions. I don't feel secure using Veem and I don't trust that they are doing business ethically.
Veem is a total scam
Veem is a total scam. I sent some money to a contractor using Veem and went through all the verification steps they asked for. According to their tracking system, the funds were deposited to the contractor's bank account. But after a while, the contractor told me that they never received the money. I contacted Veem's customer service and they admitted that they have no idea where the money went, despite their tracking system saying otherwise. They also said that it would take up to 21 business days to get the money back. This was a terrible experience and I wouldn't trust Veem again. Their website may look nice, but it's not backed by actual activity. Bottom line: Veem takes no responsibility for their mistakes and still charges a hefty fee for their services.

Had a bad experience with Veem. Some offshore scammers used Veem to scam me out of $2,000 for web development. The merchant, Probytes Software, did not deliver what was promised and Veem has not taken responsibility or resolved the matter. Veem claims that Probytes has no other fraudulent matters on file and cannot get them to return the money. This is completely wrong and should be illegal. I provided evidence of incomplete non-functional digital goods, but Veem is unresponsive and does not care about what happens on their platform. Even after escalating to the Vice President, they still take no responsibility or hold accountability.

The Veem ID was *** and we sent $9,929.00 USD for a charitable donation to the Armath Mesh Network Project. Veem said that on Wed, Apr 06, we started the transfer from our bank account to Veem. Then on Thu, Apr 07, we finished the transfer from our bank account to Veem and started the transfer to ISRC's account. Finally, on Fri, Apr 08, the deposit to ISRC's account was done. But, ISRC never got the money. We complained to the Veem team (ticket # ***) many times, but they didn't help. After waiting for about 5 weeks, we tried to cancel the transfer, but for more than two months, the money wasn't sent back to our bank account. Please help us fix this problem.
