So, I've got the same experience as everyone else with Paymentwall, Inc. Been playing black desert since it started and spent way too much on in-game stuff over the years. But out of nowhere, they decided to block my payments. I don't know if they just pick names out of a hat or what, but the way they block accounts is more about preventing fraud. I use PayPal for my in-game purchases, and it's all money I loaded up at local stores. When I asked why my PayPal is locked, they just give the same response that they need a photo ID and pictures of my PayPal. I couldn't get anywhere with support, so I gave in and gave them everything they asked for, but it's still not enough. It's crazy that they ask for so much info when I'm using money I loaded onto my PayPal. I mean, it's basically the same as using a prepaid card, right? Oh, and I forgot to mention, they did say I could use a paysafe card, but I've never seen one at any of my local stores. So, yeah, like everyone else, I'd stay away from this company. If Paymentwall is involved, count me out.

They don't really need all that info, like my photo, date of birth, license number, 10/15 of the credit card numbers, and the barcodes. What are they gonna do with it? Stalk me on social media? Check my credit? All they really need is to see my name on a government-issued ID that matches the name on the credit card I used to buy stuff, and even that they don't really have a right to. Their company rules don't override the rules of the credit card networks that they agreed to follow in order to accept credit card payments. I'm gonna report them to ***, Visa, and Mastercard for making me show ID to buy something, which goes against the rules of the credit card networks and isn't even allowed by California state law where they're based. I gave them a picture of my ID with my first and last name and my "driver's license," and the credit card with my name and the network logo, but they said it wasn't enough proof. So I sent them a screenshot of my card statement showing that I've spent a ton of money on this card in the past month, including my car payment, and they still said it wasn't enough proof.

So, we decided to reach out to Paymentwall, Inc. to resolve this issue. We found their website, paymentwall.com, and it seemed legit. We sent them an email explaining the situation and waited for a response.
After a few days, we finally got a reply from Paymentwall. They apologized for the inconvenience and assured us that they would look into the matter. They asked for some additional information, like our account details and the date of the unauthorized charge.
We provided them with the requested information and waited patiently for a resolution. It took a bit longer than expected, but eventually, Paymentwall got back to us with good news. They confirmed that the charge was indeed unauthorized and promised to refund the amount.
True to their word, Paymentwall refunded the money back to our account. We were relieved and satisfied with their prompt action in resolving the issue. It was a bit frustrating to have to go through this ordeal, but Paymentwall handled it professionally and efficiently.

I reached out to Express VPN to cancel my service, but they won't give me a refund for the whole year. They wanted a screenshot of the PayPal payment confirmation that shows the date, amount, and a reference/invoice number that starts with "w" followed by 9 digits. I gave them my passport, but the problem came when I tried to send them the PayPal receipts. I searched my PayPal activity and transactions like crazy, but I couldn't find any receipt with that "w" number. I even checked my email, but there was nothing. Since I couldn't find that invoice, I sent them screenshots of everything else I had. But they just sent me the same message again, saying they can't accept the screenshots because they don't show the transaction ID they want. But that ID doesn't exist! I've looked everywhere.
