I book hotel stay through Wyndham Booking.com for June 21 to June 24. At check in at the front desk was a sign said $50.00 for deposit FOR DAMAGES. I book two rooms. Room 223 and 251. Before I book, I like to see what they have to offer at the Hotel. It shows waffle maker is the one I was looking for it was on the website. the first day it was a bug on the wall in one off my room. When the next day went to eat breakfast no waffle maker, I know that's was my grandkids wanted. While sitting at the table on the wall was thick stuff on the wall. My granddaughter did not want to eat. Walking the halls smell like Marijuana. Few doors door from my room somebody was Arguing and fighting. The guy punches the girl in the face and ran out the hotel and the Manager did not call the police. The air in one of the rooms was not action right My grandbaby sickle cell Then me and my family went to the pool while my fiancé stays in the bed to rest. I want back to the room he was mad about something i ask what he side he was sitting on the toilet naked, and the housekeeper did not knock he walk in the room we have DO NOT DISTURB SIGN on the door he got dress and walk down there to let them know. The hold time we were at the hotel they did not tell me anything or apologize. My fiancé said he feel violated of his privacy. When we sleep, he put something behind the door and keep wake up like he hears something, and I tell my family to put something behind their door because it's not safe. After checking out I went home and look at my banker count and notices someone hate into my account. I hurry and call my bank and put a claim in for FRAUD. So, my fiancé said call the hotel. I call and ask about it I talk to the manager He said for damage I told him no damage nowhere he said its little red juice on the sheet so I said I want to see it I will be there he said that he took a picture, and the girl is washing the sheet I told him that don't sound right for a businessman to help himself and take $320.00 out of my account for sheet with no call no email he need to go to jail for steeling my money and thank he hang up on me because I told he I'm taking him to court camera are in the hotel they don't lie. He was not professional.
